From the living room, you can access the spacious 25m² private terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant sea views.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds — both rooms feature a TV. The third bedroom includes a trundle bed (with an additional pull-out bed underneath) and a desk, making it ideal for working from home. All three bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light thanks to large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.
The building offers 2 communal swimming pools: one for adults with accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and another for children, along with a playground — ideal for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 230 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Platja de la Mora, where you´ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There´s also a gym 300 meters from the apartment and a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can quickly reach the center of Badalona. By Rodalies train (R1) or B7 bus, you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal option for daily commuting.

It includes a parking space with two charging points for electric vehicles (subject to availability and additional cost), as well as a 7m² storage room.
