The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds — both rooms feature a TV. The third bedroom includes a trundle bed (with an additional pull-out bed underneath) and a desk, making it ideal for working from home. All three bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light thanks to large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.
The building offers 2 communal swimming pools: one for adults with accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and another for children, along with a playground — ideal for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 230 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Platja de la Mora, where you´ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés. By Rodalies train (R1) or B7 bus, you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal option for daily commuting.

Staying in this zone, you will be perfectly connected to Barcelona by metro (L2) and train, reaching the center of the capital of Catalonia in just a few minutes. From here you can comfortably reach the most important places in Barcelona such as La Sagrada Familia, Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, among many others.
If you are looking for a 100% local experience, you cannot miss the old town of Badalona, located in the center of the city, which 100 years ago was an old fishing district. We recommend that you visit the history museum, where you will discover the Roman city of Baetulo. If you continue walking along its promenade, you can see its buildings built at the beginning of the 20th century, when ending your route on the beach.
