This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is located in Barcelona´s old town, right next to the Las Ramblas. The property has WiFi connection and air conditioning and is ideal for those looking to spend a few months in the lively city of Barcelona.... 

The property has an open-plan design, connecting the living room and kitchen. In this space you will find a sofa and TV, as well as a dining table.

As for cooking in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, among other utensils you may need during your stay.

The property has 2 bedrooms, each with enough storage space for your belongings. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms, each with a shower and WC.

The property is located in Old Town of Barcelona, a charming area within the infamous Gothic Quarter and El Raval. This neighbourhood is renowned for its rich history, and you will find many museums and incredible architecture close to the apartment, such as Palau Güell or El Liceu. Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.... 

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona's fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

The location is perfect, very close to the shops in the city center and the Diagonal metro station. The app is required to enter the apartment and it was easy to use. Communication with the owner was good before arrival, during our stay and even after we left the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The terraces were perfect and we had breakfast on the terrace every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms were large, with two sinks and a shower. The apartment is very spacious, the back balcony is amazing, you wouldn’t want to leave. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, although some of the rooms could get a bit of renovation. The back terrace was awesome and truly remains one of our favorite hang-out spot in the property. The place is nicely located within Barcelona, we loved the neighborhood, quite convenient with walkable access to decent restaurants and bars. Communication with the management team was great.
