Description
Cet appartement moderne avec une terrasse de 30m2, est situé près du Park Güell, une des plus grandes attractions de Barcelone. Le quartier est plus calme que le centre-ville, vous pouvez tout de même rejoindre facilement tous les lieux d´exceptions de la ville. Tout autour de votre appartement, il y a des endroits pour manger, mais aussi des cafés, boutiques et supermarchés. La zone est bien reliée et desservie au reste de la ville grâce aux transports en commun....
Cet élégant appartement dispose d´une chambre. Celui-ci est meublé avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, ayant tous les ustensiles et les appareils nécessaires pour cuisiner vos plats préférés, ou pour essayer des recettes de la cuisine méditerranéene. La salle à manger confortable a un accès direct à la terrasse, oú vous pourrez profiter du soleil et manger "al fresco".
Une connexion internet est aussi disponible, permettant de rester en contact avec ses amis et sa famille en rentrant. L´appartement dispose d´une place de parking (des informations sur le véhicule seront demandées pour faciliter l´accès). Veuillez noter : la place de parking est petite, seulement les véhicules correspondant aux dimensions suivantes sont permis : 4.50 m x 2.02 m x 2.00 m.
Important : l´appartement est situé à environ 35-45 minutes en transports publics du centre de Barcelone (Plaça Catalunya), ce qui offre un environnement plus éloigné avec une bonne connectivité.

Lovely stay, tidy and provided bedlinen and towels. Also gave us a cleaning-kit and som kitchen supplies such as oil and salt. Good communication and helpful host. Location is good but not happening to much, kind of far to walk to the beach/gothic quarters but you could absolutely walk one way. We are very pleased :)

We had a great stay in a perfect location. Everything was clean, spacious and overall perfect. You have a modern AC which can be set very soft, the balcony is nice and the flat itself is perfect for up to 4 guests. We really enjoyed our time there, it was possible to refresh and chill and the house itself is quiet and modern.
