Ce studio est situé juste à côté du Park Güell, l´une des principales attractions touristiques de Barcelone. La zone est beaucoup plus calme par rapport au centre-ville, mais vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le reste de la ville avec les transports en commun. Dans les environs, vous trouverez d´excellents restaurants, ainsi que des bars, cafés et supermarchés. ...
Ce studio dispose d´un espace nuit avec deux lits simples, ainsi qu´un canapé-lit double, pouvant ainsi accueillir jusqu´à 4 personnes confortablement.
L´appartement est entièrement meublé et dispose d´une cuisine entièrement équipée, où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des plats typiques de la cuisine catalane. La salle à manger donne accès à un balcon où vous pourrez manger en plein air à tout moment de la journée.

The apartment is very well-located, with excellent access to public transportation including the subway, tram, and bus. Most major attractions are within close proximity, making it convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This apartment was perfect. Very spacious and the location was absolutely wonderful! In the middle of everything. Close to Metro, easy to catch a cab, easy to walk to almost everywhere and we felt very safe! The beds were super comfortable. We did have one little handyman issue and AB Apartments were extremely fast to react and fix the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

L'appartamento è in una posizione estremamente comoda e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottima.
La zona circostante è tranquilla e ben servita di ristoranti e bar. In 15 minuti si raggiunge le ramblas e in 5 minuti la prima stazione della metropolitana, quindi servito benissimo.
Le stanze sono grandi e ben attrezzate. Nel complesso l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po' di lavori di manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.
Ottima l'opzione di entrare nell'appartamento per mezzo dell'app sul cellulare.
La società AB è sempre stata attenta a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. CI hanno tenuto i bagagli presso i loro uffici sia al nostro arrivo prima del check inn prima di poter accedere all'appartamento, come anche nel check out. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

This apartment has plenty of space inside and it's very clean. The ceilings are high and nicely designed. The building is peaceful and safe, so guests can relax. Very good location. The apartment is 10-15 min walk to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Mercado de la Boqueria, Gothic Quarter. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and minimal decors. Very roomy. Comfortable beds. Old bathrooms.

Perfekt für große Gruppen, da sie über 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern verfügt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr großzügig mit sehr hohen wunderschönen Decken, die man in Barcelona aus vielen Läden kennt. Die Küche ist sehr hell und ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien wie z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle etc. ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht weg!
