This two-bedroom apartment is found in the lovely, beach neighbourhood of Barceloneta. Complete with a balcony with sea views, and air conditioning & heating, you will feel at home straight away here....
In the open living-kitchen, there is lots of natural light, accompanied by the sleek, modern furnishings throughout. You will have the sofa and television to relax on after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, and even a washing machine, ready for you to settle as soon as you arrive.
The first bedroom has a double bed complete with a large wardrobe and mirror, while the second has a single bed and a bedside table. Both are ultra modern and comfortable, again with lots of natural light which give a spacious feel. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Barceloneta offers the best spot for beach-lovers, and for access to the rest of the city. The apartment is less than a minutes walk to the Sant Miquel Beach, making it so easy to watch the sunset every evening. For a stroll around the Parc de la Ciutadella you are only a 11 minute journey away by transport. If you want to take the breathtaking cable car up to Montjuïc, the port is only 8 minutes walk away too.

La Barceloneta è un grazioso rione nel quartiere della Ciutat Vella ubicato dove un tempo si trovava l'isola di Maians. Il borgo è conosciuto per le sue spiagge così come per i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti di pesce. Il centro città è a poca distanza dal porto antico di Barcellona, camminando per pochi minuti o con una breve corsa in metropolitana potrai raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città....
La Barceloneta venne costruita per i residenti della Ribera (la riva) sfrattati dai lavori per la costruzione della fortezza della Ciutadella (oggi Parc de la Ciutadella) eretta nel XVIII secolo durante il regno di Felipe V. Da allora, con lo sviluppo del Port Vell e del Port Olímpic, la zona è diventata molto più bella a beneficio di turisti e residenti. L'Acquario di Barcellona ed il cinema IMAX si trovano nelle vicinanze così come il grande centro commerciale Maremagnum e un discreto numero di locali notturni, prettamente bar storici. Camminando lungo il Passeig de Colom partendo da Barceloneta potrai facilmente raggiungere la Rambla.

Appartamento in posizione strategica, appena sopra la stazione della metropolitana della linea 2, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia. Zona molto tranquilla, anche se vivace e trafficata. L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole, il padrone di casa era molto attento.
Lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza a Barcellona.

The location is great; easy to find, with the metro at the doorstep, sagrada familia just a short walk away, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafe and for those who do not want to walk, a taxi to Placa Catalunya only cost about 7 euro. There were 4 of us so it is cheaper for us to do that. 10 mins walk to the flea market.
The house is clean, the washing machine worked well, the shower is great. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The staff of AB Marina and concierge were very responsive and helpful.

Una estancia magnífica de principio a fin, y cuando digo principio me refiero a desde que mostramos interés por el apartamento. Todas las preguntas que tenía fueron respondidas con mucha rapidez, esto demuestra la profesionalidad de esta empresa. Para añadir, la conserje de la finca fue súper amable, tuve una relación excelente. Al entrar, la casa estaba intacta, todo limpio, ordenado y preparado para que nos alojásemos. Los servicios funcionaron a la perfección. Una zona perfecta tanto para jóvenes como para gente más adulta, está cerca de todo!!! Me gustaría agradecer a la empresa y a sus trabajadores por ser tan profesionales, educados y empaticos. Si algún día vuelvo a barcelona no dudaré en alquilar el apartamento con vosotros. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et suffisant pour 4 jours de visites à Barcelone
Seul petit point négatif si vous avez le sommeil léger c’est assez bruyant (bruit extérieur pour la chambre qui donne sur la route puisque c’est un grand axe et bruit du couloirs pour la chambre qui donne sur l’escalier)
Sinon nous avons passé un très bons séjour et la communication avec AB appartement m’est fluide et rapide.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, two bathrooms with showers and the beds were comfortable. The response time from the host was very quick and they were always helpful. Great shops and restaurants nearby and the metro is right outside the door. Our group of six had a brilliant time.

This apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which you can see from the balcony and rooftop, also right by Monumental metro station enabling easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and we were provided with soap/shampoo etc so you don't need to take or buy your own.
This was the 2nd time we've stayed in this apartment block and would happily stay there again.
Communication with the hosts was exceptional, including very fast responses on a Sunday evening...nothing seemed too much trouble.
All in all a great base to explore the city.
