This two-bedroom apartment is found in the lovely, beach neighbourhood of Barceloneta. Complete with a balcony with sea views, and air conditioning & heating, you will feel at home straight away here....
In the open living-kitchen, there is lots of natural light, accompanied by the sleek, modern furnishings throughout. You will have the sofa and television to relax on after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, and even a washing machine, ready for you to settle as soon as you arrive.
The first bedroom has a double bed complete with a large wardrobe and mirror, while the second has a single bed and a bedside table. Both are ultra modern and comfortable, again with lots of natural light which give a spacious feel. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Barceloneta offers the best spot for beach-lovers, and for access to the rest of the city. The apartment is less than a minutes walk to the Sant Miquel Beach, making it so easy to watch the sunset every evening. For a stroll around the Parc de la Ciutadella you are only a 11 minute journey away by transport. If you want to take the breathtaking cable car up to Montjuïc, the port is only 8 minutes walk away too.

La Barceloneta è un grazioso rione nel quartiere della Ciutat Vella ubicato dove un tempo si trovava l'isola di Maians. Il borgo è conosciuto per le sue spiagge così come per i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti di pesce. Il centro città è a poca distanza dal porto antico di Barcellona, camminando per pochi minuti o con una breve corsa in metropolitana potrai raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città....
La Barceloneta venne costruita per i residenti della Ribera (la riva) sfrattati dai lavori per la costruzione della fortezza della Ciutadella (oggi Parc de la Ciutadella) eretta nel XVIII secolo durante il regno di Felipe V. Da allora, con lo sviluppo del Port Vell e del Port Olímpic, la zona è diventata molto più bella a beneficio di turisti e residenti. L'Acquario di Barcellona ed il cinema IMAX si trovano nelle vicinanze così come il grande centro commerciale Maremagnum e un discreto numero di locali notturni, prettamente bar storici. Camminando lungo il Passeig de Colom partendo da Barceloneta potrai facilmente raggiungere la Rambla.

Mi estancia en Barcelona con AB Apartment Barcelona fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue clara, rápida y muy amable. El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, bien equipado, moderno y con una ubicación inmejorable para explorar la ciudad. Cada detalle estaba bien pensado, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día.

Very nice spacious apartments. Good location. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The only thing that was disappointing was noise insulation, or rather its complete absence, at night it was not very comfortable to sleep due to loud sounds from the street. The electronic key was very convenient to use.

Excellentes prestations ! emplacement parfait! l'appart etait propre ! l'accès tres facile à l'appart facile grace à la ligne 2 du metro juste à 10 mètres de l'entrée de l'immeuble.
l'appart est tres bien équipé comme decrit. Un lit et une chaise pour bébé nous ont été fourni. l appart est en lui même fidèle à la dzscription et bien placé . la clé intelligente fonctionne bien et elle est tres utile pour les check in sans contrainte.

My group of 4 enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. The location is perfect for getting around the city since there is a transit line right in front of the apartment!
The air conditioning unit was unclear how to work at times and kept adjusting its temperature, but AB was very responsive with helping us.
Also - major shoutout to Gigi’s Avon Tapas! They were great and very convenient for a quick bite or drink break during our stay. Definitely swing by when you book this place!

Great location! Walking distance to the Sagrada familia and literally over the entrance to the subway. The only problem as other guests have mentioned before is the check in with digital keys. The main bedroom is a little noisy but they provided ear plugs. The other 2 rooms have windows giving to an interior space between apartments that one could not leave them open. This is important for people who can’t stay in closed spaces. For us it was okay. There was a washing machine.

Great location! It’s right next to a wonderful tapas restaurant, and lots of cafes are nearby. La Sagrada Família is a short walk away. The host communicated quickly and helped with all my questions. It was an enjoyable stay and just what we needed!

It was an amazing experience! The location is brilliant! 5 min walking to Sagrada Familia that you can see a bit from the balcony. 5 min ride by metro to ramble. Metro station is literally In front of an exit door. The apartment is clean. Beds are comfortable. We were welcomed with toilets and a small package of washing powder and soap for dishes, that was very helpful. Communication is fast and helpful, we had some misunderstood but it was solved very fast, I'm very grateful for that. This is a very good option for a week vacation in Barcelona. It will be our primary choice for the next trip.

Increíble lugar, muy central para ir a muchos lugares caminando y si se requiere metro lo tienes en frente. En la zona encuentras farmacias, panaderías, tiendas, supermercado, todo. El apartamento limpio, amplio, muy bien equipado. ¡Bonitos recuerdos!

Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Good location and easy access to metro station (right below the apartment). Good security in the apartment. The host is also very responsive on questions we had.
