La zona della Barceloneta è conosciuta come l´antico quartiere dei pescatori della Barceloneta ed è ricca di cose da fare e da vedere, tra cui molti posti dove mangiare fuori o prendere un drink, e c´è anche un cinema e un centro commerciale nel vicino Port Vell. la zona. Il quartiere Gotico di Barcellona è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 20 minuti e puoi girare facilmente la città con i mezzi pubblici dalla fantastica posizione di questo appartamento....
L´edificio in cui si trova questo delizioso locale dispone di una terrazza comune per il tuo divertimento.
L´appartamento in sé è accogliente e familiare e può ospitare fino a quattro persone, rendendolo ideale per coppie o piccoli gruppi.

Schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung direkt neben der Sagrada Familia. Sehr gute Anbindung zur Metrostation, und somit ganz Barcelona.
Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Tolle voll eingerichtete Küche, Badezimmer mit Hygieneartikel, genug Handtüchern und sauberen Bettlaken.
Durch den eigenständigen Online-Check-In ist man sehr flexibel und man hat die Schlüssel digital auf dem Handy.
Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. So ein einfaches Check-In Verfahren habe ich nirgendwo anders gesehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr umfangreich. Bei der Auswahl unserer Unterkunft war uns die Lage sehr wichtig, was AB Apartment mit ihrer zentralen Lage signiert hat.

La Barceloneta è un grazioso rione nel quartiere della Ciutat Vella ubicato dove un tempo si trovava l'isola di Maians. Il borgo è conosciuto per le sue spiagge così come per i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti di pesce. Il centro città è a poca distanza dal porto antico di Barcellona, camminando per pochi minuti o con una breve corsa in metropolitana potrai raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città....
La Barceloneta venne costruita per i residenti della Ribera (la riva) sfrattati dai lavori per la costruzione della fortezza della Ciutadella (oggi Parc de la Ciutadella) eretta nel XVIII secolo durante il regno di Felipe V. Da allora, con lo sviluppo del Port Vell e del Port Olímpic, la zona è diventata molto più bella a beneficio di turisti e residenti. L'Acquario di Barcellona ed il cinema IMAX si trovano nelle vicinanze così come il grande centro commerciale Maremagnum e un discreto numero di locali notturni, prettamente bar storici. Camminando lungo il Passeig de Colom partendo da Barceloneta potrai facilmente raggiungere la Rambla.

A little away from the hustle and bustle and ideal if you want to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Many supermarkets and eateries around. Metro and Sagrada Familiar is about 5-6 min away ( on foot).

The location is fantastic, perfect for three people, and exceptionally clean. The digital key made accessing the apartment convenient, but be sure to keep Bluetooth on—both your phone’s and the one linked to the app. The hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Appartement situé dans un quartier très sympa et très commerçant ( Sagrada Familia) mais excentre du centre ville et du secteur plage. Avantage de pouvoir arriver et partir en tout autonomie. L’appartement reste fonctionnel, les chambres assez confortables mais l’équipement est très limité.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Sagrada, plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby without long queues unlike areas like Liceu.
Check in was easy, we used our iPhones as our room keys to open the entrance door and the room door. The host was very responsive to any questions. There is an elevator in the building.
The room we stayed in was beautiful, nicely furnished and very cozy just as described in the photos. We loved the couch and the lounger. The balcony view was excellent and I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather.
kitchen was meticulously tidy clean and spacious and equipped with all the things you need, dish soap, utensils, knives and many gadgets just like your kitchen at home.
The two bedroom were very comfortable and clean, and we were provided with lots of spare towels and bedsheets. Body and hand soap were provided in the bathroom. Overall excellent property, we will choose this property again next time we visit Barcelona.

Super séjour Hôte réactif, l’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Emplacement idéal, proche des transports, un restaurant mexicain juste en bas de l’appartement est délicieux. The bright bedroom was annoying. Also I think having a french press for coffee is better than the moka pot. I could tell people didn't use it correctly in past and I don't blame them. Even when brewing correctly the Moka pot is hard to use, specially over an electric cook top. The french press is the easiest and most forgiving. That's why you see it in most airbnbs

The apartment was super convenient, just 3 mins walk from the Sagrada Familia with lots of restaurants and a metro station nearby. Very clean.
Their check in was easy however we did encounter some issues downloading the door app a second time after we added a guest. The customer service on the end of the phone was excellent.

Logement conforme aux photos. Balcon agréable. Emplacement très proche de la Sagrada ( légèrement visible depuis le balcon ). La serrure connectée est un vrai plus qui ne pose pas de problèmes avec les téléphones récents.

The apartments fully corresponded to the description. The location is amazing. The apartment had everything you need, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Instructions was clear. The electronic key was very handy. Although this was my first experience with an electronic key and I was worried.But everything else is perfect 10/10.

AB Apartment has been the perfect host. Communication was very prompt at all times. The apartment has been very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay there. Also, the location is ideal for exploring the city of Barcelona. It has a very good connection with metro and bus lines. We will be happy to stay in this place again in a future visit to Barcelona.

Impeccable apartment building. Both rooms are lovely to sleep in, well equipped with linen & towels, spectacular washing machine, kitchen is easy to use and well displayed. Four of us loved our stay, the view to the inner part of the apartment and the balcony were priceless. Thank you!
