Le salon ouvert est parfaitement fourni avec un canapé et une télévision , ideal pour se détendre après une longue journée. En montant quelques marches, vous pourrez trouver un espace avec un bureau .
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour votre séjour, comme un four, un micro-ondes, une machine à café et un mixeur .
Il y a 2 chambres, chacune avec des espaces de rangement et des armoires pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Il y a également deux salles de bain complètes avec douche et toilettes séparées .
Le logement entier dispose de lumière naturelle , grâce aux grandes fenêtres qui donnent accès à la terrasse privée . Vous aurez accès au jacuzzi et tous le mobilier extérieur, pour profiter de la belle météo de la capitale catalane.
Situé dans le quartier des Corts , vous serez dans un quartier résidentiel , entouré de parcs et espaces verts comme la Plaça de Les Corts , parfait pour marcher. Il y a également une bonne connexion des transports en commun , vous serez en effet proche de stations de métro ou de Sants Station , qui est seulement à 5 minutes à pied. L’endroit est pleins de restaurants, magasins, et pour les fans de football, le fameux stade Camp Nou à seulement 20 minutes.

The apartment is beautiful and located in a great area. The bed was very comfortable, and there are many cafés, markets, and places of interest nearby.
Unfortunately, the AC stopped working after the first night. Although a maintenance person came to check it, the issue was never resolved, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Since the apartment is on the second floor, the street noise was quite loud, and some nights were hot, which made it difficult to sleep.
There was no offer to compensate for the service we paid for but didn’t receive. We were also granted a one-hour late check-out by message, but the cleaning staff wasn’t informed and pressured us to leave despite the prior agreement.
If it weren’t for these inconveniences, our stay would have been wonderful.

Una bella vacanza di 5 notti in famiglia. AB Apartment è sempre stato disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle mie domande. L’appartamento come da descrizione, bello, ordinato, chiaramente ristrutturato di recente. Le due camere accoglienti entrambe con finestra una e porta finestra la matrimoniale. Bagno comodo e pulito, una bella doccia grande. La cucina con l’indispensabile, noi non ne abbiamo mai usufruito. Carina l’idea di far trovare due sacchetti con all’interno 1 piccolo kit pulizia e nell’altro bustine di the e altro di prima necessità e 4 capsule del caffè. Insomma che dire tutto molto piacevole. Anche l’accesso, noi abbiamo richiesto le tessere magnetiche per comodità, mai dato problemi. La comodità della Wi-Fi non da sottovalutare.
Comodo muoversi a piedi, 20 min a P.zza di Catalunya e 5 min alla fermata della metro.
Trovare qualcosa che non mi ha soddisfatto? Il primo piano dell’appartamento, di conseguenza si sentivano più rumori e voci. Ci tornerei comunque.

L'appartamento si trova a mezz'ora/quaranta minuti a piedi dai principali punti di attrazione della città e ha vicino piccoli supermarket, una farmacia e dei locali carini in cui fare colazione.

The location was great. Lots of great cafes and shops within walking distance along with the metro station around 5 mins away. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.
The wifi wasn't brilliant. Good enough to work but not strong enough to stream a movie.
Our biggest issue was the smell. The night that we checked in the smell was horrific, not just in our apartment but the whole building. It was a horrible sewage smell that seemed to be coming from the pipes/drains that run around the staircase area of the building. We tried to turn on the aircon units to help with the smell but couldn't seem to get any of them to work. We bought scented candles and incense sticks to cover up the smell which helped, but as soon as you walked into the building from being outside it hit you every time. The smell seemed to be worse in the bathroom and twin room, which have windows opening into the staircase area of the building.

We chose this apartment for its location which was close enough to walk back from a concert at the Olympic Stadium and also to easily get to the centre of Barcelona. It was in a nice area with the Mistral Avenue close by for open air, off-street drinks and tapas. The apartment has effective air conditioning and a small balcony. It was clean with good bedding and a decent shower. I liked the Bluetooth entry system.

Das Viertel Sant Antoni mit seinen zahlreichen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Laufnähe zur Raval, Rambla & Barri Gothic war perfekt. Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos und war perfekt für uns mit Teenager Tochter.
Ein Küchenhandtuch zum Abtrocknen wäre super.

Thank you very much, we had a great time at this apartment during our two weeks stay in Barcelona.
The apartment is big enough for 4 people, nicely furnished and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.
Everything was clean and as described. There are various cute cafes and bakeries nearby and public transportation like subway and bus are reachable within a few minutes.
However, we did not use public transportation very often.
We had a great time and would book the apartment again anytime.

Het appartement is compleet uitgerust met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Het appartement is netjes en schoon en heeft een riante keuken met een ruime keukentafel. Wij hebben hier vaak gezeten, het is een gezellige ruimte. De ligging van het appartement is heel goed; op loopafstand van het centrum, metro is in de buurt. Kleine supermarkten zitten om de hoek en pal naast de ingang van het appartement zit een bakker met heerlijke broodjes. Er zijn twee slaapkamers. De bedden zijn prima, fijne matras en hoofdkussens. De badkamer is netjes en schoon. De voordeur van het appartement is tevens voorzien in een slot met bluetooth. Zeer handig om de deur te openen met je mobiele telefoon. Al met al een fijn appartement op een prima locatie. Wij zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.
