Appartement à Barcelone d´une chambre, situé près de la plage de la Barceloneta, dans une zone entourée de bars à tapas et de restaurants spécialisés en fruits de mer. Cet appartement conserve le charme d´une maison méditerranéenne authentique, avec des détails comme des poutres en bois et un mur en briques apparentes. Les autres murs, peints dans des tons clairs, se marient parfaitement avec le parquet, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Les meubles colorés apportent une touche joyeuse à la pièce....
Dans la chambre, il y a deux lits simples, offrant un séjour confortable pour 2 personnes.
La cuisine est équipée d´un four électrique, d´une plaque vitrocéramique, d´un micro-ondes, d´un lave-vaisselle et d´un réfrigérateur. Vous trouverez également des casseroles, poêles, vaisselle et couverts, tout ce qu´il faut pour préparer vos repas en toute simplicité.

The location of the apartment was great - outside the tourist center but in an interesting neighborhood, well-connected by bus to the rest of the city. The views of Barcelona from nearby Parc del Carmel were a great surprise, and Parc Güell is within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the balcony, very effective air conditioning, and the combined kitchen/dining/living room worked well for family meals. The beds were comfortable and the fold-out sofa was larger and more comfortable than is typical. The app for digital key worked well for us.

La Barceloneta est un charmant quartier du district de la vieille ville de Barcelone, situé sur l'ancienne île de Maians (aujourd'hui disparue...). Il est connu pour ses immenses plages, ainsi que ses nombreux bars et restaurants de fruits de mer. Vous trouverez ce quartier près du port de Barcelone, de nombreux musées et à une courte distance de marche ou d'un trajet en métro des lieux à ne pas manquer en ville....
La Barceloneta était construite à l'origine pour accueillir les habitants de La Ribera, déplacés suite à la construction de la forteresse de la Ciutadella (aujourd'hui parc de la Ciutadella) construite par le Roi Philippe V au XVIIIème siècle. Avec le développement du Vieux-Port et du port olympique, la zone est devenue une attraction majeure pour les touristes mais aussi pour les barcelonais. L'aquarium de Barcelone et le cinéma IMAX sont situés non loin de là, tout comme le centre commercial Maremagnum et quelques discothèques. En suivant le Passeig de Colom depuis la Barceloneta, vous vous retrouverez rapidement sur Las Ramblas.

Very nice apartment. It was as described. A bit far from some tourist spots but taxis are easy to get and reasonably priced. The FREENOW app is a must have for ordering and paying for taxis. Makes it very easy. Very close to Park Guell. It's also close to the "Bunkers" which is a great spot to get an amazing and free view of the city both in the day and night.

I had a wonderfull stay at this apartment in Barcelona! Though it's a bit far away from the centre, there is a 5-10 min walk to the metro which takes you through the whole city.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering any kind of information I requested in a short period of time.I especially loved the living room view to the city — it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the attractions. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Barcelona!

There are were 6 of us and we had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to public transportation and famous places which made it very convenient to explore the area. Υπήρχε πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, ηλεκτρική σκούπα, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, όλα τα βασικά που θα βρείτε σε ένα κανονικό σπίτι και ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή, αν και δεν είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, η συγκοινωνία είναι πολύ καλή, οπότε η πρόσβαση από και προς το Airbnb ήταν αρκετά εύκολη. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

- Location is nice, a few minutes away on foot you have a Bus Station, V19 goes to La Barceloneta, the Bus 24 to Plaza Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Within a walking distance is the subway L5 (Sagrada Familia and Campo Nou). Although from the L5 to the building you have to walk up the hill (not an easy thing for the elderly). You also have the Park Güell next to the building.

Апартаменты расположены рядом с парком Гюэль. С 4 этажа открывается потрясающий вид на горы и город. Недалеко автобусная остановка, с которой можно легко попасть в центр города. Относительно недалеко метро, но нужно иметь сильные ноги, так как весь город на горах. При заселении было очень чисто. Туалетной бумаги достаточно, мыло и Шампунь есть и его хватает для 6 человек, на 6 дней. Посуда и приборы есть в достаточном количестве. Очень отзывчивая служба поддержки, предлагала привезти нам ключи вплоть до 23 :00 часов.

L’appartement est bien aménagé, joli, propre et climatisé. Il était parfait pour 5 personnes. Nous avons apprécié le petit balcon aussi.
il est vrai que l’emplacement de l’appartement est décentré, mais il est situé dans un quartier calme ce qui est appréciable. Il y a des petits resto et supermarchés à proximité donc cela nous a convenu ! Je vous recommande cet appartement, de plus, Eva et Jacques répondent rapidement ! ;)

Thanks for the trip, digital keys are super helpful when you are a lot to travel together.
Clean and not noisy, the apartment was lovely and close to the park.
