This cosy two bedroom apartment in Barcelona´s residential neighbourhood of Gràcia has space for up to 5 guests with space for the fifth guest found with the sofa bed in the living room. As well as this, the apartment offers free WiFi, air-conditioning and central heating for you to have a comfortable stay in the city....
The large living room has a modern design, that offers a sofa bed, television and lots of space. The main attraction of this open living-diner is the fact that there is a balcony that inherently brings in lots of natural light
As for where that meal can be prepared, the large kitchen is fully equipped and is a great area to cook meals and socialise. The design of the kitchen continues the cosy interior, that is seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, you will find a large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave as well as all the utensils you need to keep stocked up and have a go at making some Spanish inspired dishes.
The first bedroom has a double bed, that is made up of two individual beds in a large room that has a modern feel to it. The same can be said for the second bedroom, that compromises of a bunk bed, which is ideal for kids. Both rooms have lots of space for you and your guests to enjoy and unwind in.
Also, the contemporary bathroom is a very modern and clean room that ties together nicely all the features of the apartment. You can find a bathtub here that is ideal for relaxing after a long day. From the dark of the kitchen, to the light of the bedrooms, this bathroom is a recently refurbished space that shows the high quality finish of the apartment.
Being located in Gràcia gives you a chance to live in a residential area just on the outskirts of the city. This quaint neighbourhood is known for its multitude of plazas, international restaurants and friendly locals. There is also a vast number of bars, shops and transport to give you everything you need to have a memorable stay in Barcelona. As for nearby sights, this apartment is a 14 minute away from Gaudí´s Park Güell and a 20 minute walk from Casa Milà and Passeig de Gràcia a high street that is home to some of the most famous designer brands.

Great stay, not too far from the train station and the parking inside the building was a lifesaver. Comfortable space and the key being on the phone was super convenient, you don’t need a physical key which helped not having to keep track of those little things. Our favorite restaurants were in the city but we took our car or the train anyways. Great stay, I recommend.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations! It had everything we needed, and even a dishwasher, complete with tablets. The fully equipped kitchenware set was a huge plus, and we absolutely loved the thoughtful addition of two starter kits: one with essentials for cooking, which allowed us to enjoy breakfast in the apartment most mornings with a breathtaking sunrise view over Barcelona, and another with household items like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, and towels—just perfect. We didn’t have to buy anything extra, which was such a relief.
The location was incredibly convenient: just a 2-minute walk to bus stops with direct routes to all the key spots in the city. The metro was also nearby, though it’s definitely better walking to it rather than from it—those hills can be challenging if you’re not used to them, but that’s Barcelona charm for you!
The bed and blankets were super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We had uninterrupted, restful nights, and it was pure bliss.
Overall, we had an amazing experience, only positive emotions—thank you for being fantastic hosts!

I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic Airbnb that offered everything I could have wished for! The huge balcony was the absolute highlight of my stay. In the mornings, I enjoyed the breathtaking view with a cup of coffee in hand. The scenery was simply spectacular and made my stay unforgettable.
The location of the accommodation was also excellent. The bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, which made it incredibly easy to explore the area. I could easily hop on a bus to the city and visit the main attractions without having to worry about parking.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, so there was nothing missing.

Es gab eine kleine Reinigungsgrundausstattung, Spülmaschinentabs jedoch muss man schnell nachkaufen, auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft ist aber ein Asialaden, der wirklich alles hat. Die Wohnung selbst liegt zwar etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, ist jedoch äußerst gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden - und die Dachterrasse bietet nach dem Trubel in der Stadt einen erholsamen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Es gab ein paar Bars, die auch Tapas anboten, außerdem einen größeren und mehrere kleiner Supermärkte, einen Gemüsehändler und eine Bäckerei in Laufweite. Wir haben die Woche wirklich sehr genossen und auch das etwas einfachere Viertel sehr zu schätzen gewusst.

The apartment is very nice and clean, especially the balcony is very spacious with nice view. There is everything you need in the apartment ( washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc...). Communication was very good and prompt.

Eva & Jack + the AB team were fantastic hosts! Their top floor property had amazing views and we were really happy with the flat itself.
The apartment is very spacious, the photos portray the property very accurately, and the AB team provide a lovely touch of a welcome pack for the kitchen and bathroom if you didn't bring your own toiletries. Very comfortable after a day out of exploring!
The terrace is super huge, with a lovely view and seating if you'd like to relax or eat outside. The location is super close to one of the Park Guell entrances, and is not too far from city centre with the V19 and 24 bus services.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the AB team were super helpful when we needed assistance with our virtual keycard.
