This cosy two bedroom apartment in Barcelona´s residential neighbourhood of Gràcia has space for up to 5 guests with space for the fifth guest found with the sofa bed in the living room. As well as this, the apartment offers free WiFi, air-conditioning and central heating for you to have a comfortable stay in the city....
The large living room has a modern design, that offers a sofa bed, television and lots of space. The main attraction of this open living-diner is the fact that there is a balcony that inherently brings in lots of natural light
As for where that meal can be prepared, the large kitchen is fully equipped and is a great area to cook meals and socialise. The design of the kitchen continues the cosy interior, that is seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, you will find a large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave as well as all the utensils you need to keep stocked up and have a go at making some Spanish inspired dishes.
The first bedroom has a double bed, that is made up of two individual beds in a large room that has a modern feel to it. The same can be said for the second bedroom, that compromises of a bunk bed, which is ideal for kids. Both rooms have lots of space for you and your guests to enjoy and unwind in.
Also, the contemporary bathroom is a very modern and clean room that ties together nicely all the features of the apartment. You can find a bathtub here that is ideal for relaxing after a long day. From the dark of the kitchen, to the light of the bedrooms, this bathroom is a recently refurbished space that shows the high quality finish of the apartment.
Being located in Gràcia gives you a chance to live in a residential area just on the outskirts of the city. This quaint neighbourhood is known for its multitude of plazas, international restaurants and friendly locals. There is also a vast number of bars, shops and transport to give you everything you need to have a memorable stay in Barcelona. As for nearby sights, this apartment is a 14 minute away from Gaudí´s Park Güell and a 20 minute walk from Casa Milà and Passeig de Gràcia a high street that is home to some of the most famous designer brands.

The apartment is very well-located, with excellent access to public transportation including the subway, tram, and bus. This apartment was perfect. Very spacious and the location was absolutely wonderful! In the middle of everything. Close to Metro, easy to catch a cab, easy to walk to almost everywhere and we felt very safe! The beds were super comfortable. We did have one little handyman issue and AB Apartments were extremely fast to react and fix the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

La zona circostante è tranquilla e ben servita di ristoranti e bar. In 15 minuti si raggiunge le ramblas e in 5 minuti la prima stazione della metropolitana, quindi servito benissimo.

I had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at this flat in Barcelona. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. This apartment has plenty of space inside and it's very clean. The ceilings are high and nicely designed. The building is peaceful and safe, so guests can relax. Very good location.
