The Staff and communication made everything perfect. Vivi was always nice and very professional. My family was very appreciative for the late night reception we received. Especially because we had our AirBnB reservation cancelled while we were in transit from Istanbul.

The Apartment was just as described, big, clean and centrally located with a beautiful balcony. The staff was very communicative and helpful and it was no problem to leave the bags in the central office before or after check-in/out. We were very pleased with our stay and can highly recommend AB Apartments for your stay in the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Fin leilighet, kjekt med to bad når man reiser mange. Rolig område, butikk og bakeri rett ved siden av. Metroholdeplass Urgell rett ved så det var enkelt å ta seg til ulike plasser i byen. Aircondition fungerte fint.
Alt i alt en fin leilighet i et rolig område. Lett å få kontakt med verten!

Nice apartment in a good location. Very clean and quiet. Only frustration was spending ages setting up 7 guests with online keys in an app, only to find that none of it worked when we got there. Fortunately staff were on hand to provide old fashioned swipe cards. Other than that would recommend.

The contact after the booking was perfect. I had some questions and they helped me perfectly with all this, online with "message part" in Airbnb.
If you don't pick up the key, then the online procedure is quite a work. For older people not so easy i think. What they don't tell you is that there is in the building a reception till quite late. I think till 20h. I was happy with that because there i could get a physical key.
The appartement is great.
Big kitchen with everything you need. The beds and the showers are wonderful. For me 2 things that are really important.
Would come back again.

We were happy with the place all in all. The location and the neighbourhood was great and the appartment looked like in the pictures.
Another thing that was a bit disappointing was that the terrace on the roof was closed, we would have liked to get info about that in advance. Because we really looked forward to using it.
