El Raval is one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Barcelona, known for its vintage stores, cool bars and hip skate spots. The apartment is just 5 minutes minute from Sant Antoni market which is one of the most characteristic markets in the city and has been recently reopened after four years of renovation work, and twenty minutes from the beach. The apartment is located just ten minutes from the MACBA and CCCB, two prominent institutions that contribute significantly to Barcelona´s vibrant cultural scene, attracting locals and tourists alike with their diverse programs and exhibitions.
