The location was ideal, right next to a metro stop, and there are tons of restaurants, wineries, cafes, and other amenities within walking distance. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but in the States we'd call it the seventh. Beautiful views of the city from the rooftop. You can see the Sagrada Familia and the Mediterranean Sea!
The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, with plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen gets plenty of heat in the afternoon and evening thanks to the large southwest-facing windows. There are lovely views of the courtyard, which is also a playground for a local school.
You'll have all the communication you need, and even more, from the host. I highly recommend this apartment.

Apartament situat excelent, foarte aproape de Sagrada Familia. Intrarea de metrou este in fata sediului. La parter se află un mini-market unde vă puteți aproviziona și un restaurant de tapas. Comunicarea cu centrul de rezervări este permanentă, trimit mesaje în permanență asigurându-se că totul este în ordine și sunt deschiși la orice nevoie. Bucataria este bine utilata, sunt asigurate produse de igiena (hartie igienica, sapun solid si sapun lichid care poate fi folosit si ca sampon, prosoape). Există un fier de călcat și un uscător de păr. Accesul în apartament se poate face extrem de ușor prin intermediul aplicației de self check-in. O cameră are fereastră spre exterior, alta spre bucătărie, iar alta nu are. Per total o cazare foarte buna.

Sicuramente la posizione dell'appartamento è un grandissimo punto di forza, avere la fermata della metropolitana a due passi dal portone è stata la cosa più comoda in assoluto, oltre ad avere la Sagrada Famiglia nelle immediate vicinanze. La zona è molto ben servita da mini market, uno è vicinissimo al portone, oltre alla presenza di altri super nei dintorni. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di accesso all'appartamento al nostro arrivo, ma prontamente risolto. L'appartamento si presenta come descritto. Consigliatissimo.....grazie ancora AB

The location of this apartment was perfect, about 10-15 minute walk from Segrada Familia. There's a metro station right in front of the building, so access to the rest of the city is right at your doorstep. GiGi's restaurant downstairs is an amazing amenity and so convenient - we ate there three times, the food was so good. The apartment itself was basic and clean. I would stay here again!

The communication from the host was excellent, 5/5 stars. Although the digital key to the apartment initially didn't work, the team resolved the issue within about 15 minutes of contacting them, which was very efficient.
Once the system was working, the digital key was a great feature—no hassle with physical keys and made check-out easy.
The location is fantastic, very close to the Monumental metro station and within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia and many restaurants.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. However, one thing that slightly lowers the rating is the noise due to the thin walls. Sounds from the upstairs neighbors and the stairwell could be heard at all hours, which was especially noticeable in one of the bedrooms with a window facing the stairwell. Additionally, the front door wasn’t well insulated, which let in even more noise.
Despite the noise issue, the overall stay was great!

La primera vez que fui a usar la llave digital me costó, les escribí y en menos de 2 minutos tenía su respuesta. Luego usar la llave fue muy fácil.

If opening the doors with your phone instead does not works, try to unregister from the app and register again. I had a problem and couldn't unlock the door with the phone but it started working when I did that.

Very satisfied with the apartment - specious, nice decorations, had everything we needed. Only one thing was that in general building walls are really thin and we heard everyone around us talking like they are in our apartment. But all in all, it is really close to the city center, surrounding is great, lovely neighborhood. Lidl is three minutes away from the building. There is playground in the building courtyard that was most important for us because we traveled with small children. Also, metro station is just in front of the building. All recommendations from our side :)

Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja - wejście do chłodnego apartamentu po wycieczce po Barcelonie jest warte więcej niż tysiąc słów ;) Lokalizacyjnie apartament w bardzo dobrym miejscu, dosłownie 5 minut od Sagrada Familia. Po wyjściu z budynku dostępna od razu restauracja i supermarket 24h. Everything was fine. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear other residents, but in old buildings in Barcelona this is normal.

The apartment is spacious and clean. We didn’t like that you don’t have actual windows in the rooms. The location is very well connected. Check in with the virtual keys was easy.

L’appartement est bien placé, à 2 pas de la Sagrada familia.
Notre séjour a eu lieu au mois d’Aout donc beaucoup de jeunes ici pour faire la fête dans l’immeuble mais dans l’ensemble, plutôt calme !
Aucune communication avec le propriétaire, tout se fait de manière automatique et les clés peuvent se créer via le téléphone. Important d’avoir de la batterie en effet.

Erg mooi appartement met een mooi uitzicht over de hele stad vanaf het dakterras. De metro was erg dichtbij waardoor we gemakkelijk naar het uitgaansgebied konden gaan.
