What you see in the pictures is what you get in the end.

- Everything was as described in the advertisement
- one bathroom each in the 2 bedrooms
- you have everything around the corner (max. 7 minutes walk to supermarkets, metro, restaurants)
- Appartment was very clean with a cute welcome & cleaning package
- staff respond within a few seconds and is very helpful
The price was ok compared with other appartments in Barcelona, which are very high for the size of the appartment you'll get.
All in all, we can recommend a stay here.

Very nice apartment, clean and well located in a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, mini market and restaurants. The communication with the host was very good, a plus was the fact that we could leave our luggage at the office before checkin and after checkout. I recommend the host to change the double bed with a more robust one.

Apartament was very clean and had everything we needed. Be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow stairs, so not a great choice for anyone with mobility issues. Within walking distance to public transportation as well as restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive to our needs.

The small apartment is in a quiet, residential area, you can heard people walking on the stairs or outside so not completely quiet but decent.
It was walkable to all the touristic areas about 20 minutes or you can take the train.
It is close to a major street so there are a lot of stores and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walking and there is a bodega that close at 11:00 right across the street on the corner.
Garbage containers are outside on the street, that is something we had to ask.
We think it was too much money per day for what is offered, however, it was passover so we don’t know if that made it higher.
It has just enough to stay but it is tight a big person wont be able to climb the 4 floors (first floor is after 3 flight of stairs, then another 3 flights on every floor) and the shower is tight too.
Customer service was really good, very responsive, within the hour unless it was late, however, they have an emergency number for after hours. Keys are at another location.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. Everything was as described. We were able to store our suitcases for some time at the office of AB apartment for free, which was a nice plus. The appartement is a great place as a base for your visit in Barcelona.

The only negative point is that the apartment is in the 3d floor and without elevator, so it can be difficult for old people specially when they have luggage

We were really happy to stay in a place like this! The home was clean, well organized and we loved the balcony. Near to all the places we wanted to go, with a metro station near us. The communication was really easy and fast. I totally recommend this place. Thank you so much for making our Barcelona experience even better!

Todo bien y AB son superayudantes. El Wifi no funcionaba y nos mandaron otro enrutador dentro de dos horas. La ubicación he dado 4 estrellas solo porque no me mola Poble Sec pero recomendaría yendo con AB y este piso sirve muy bien durante unas semanas!
