This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Horta-Guinardó. It is found in a pedestrian zone and has the excellent convenience of being right in front of the Nuevo Mercado del Guinardó. With Internet access available and good public transport connections, it is the ideal option for students or those interested in spending a few months in the lively city of Barcelona....
In the living area you will find a sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table. This area directly connects with the fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.
The property has 2 bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC.
The location of this property is particularly impressive as it is situated on a quiet pedestrian street, and is in close proximity to many useful services, including the supermarket (Carrefour), public parking and the Hospital de Sant Pau just 500 meters from the apartment. From here, you are also a short walk from various parks, including Parc del Guinardó, which offers incredible views of the city. Furthermore, thanks to the countless bus lines surrounding the property and the metro station being just 300 metres away, you can also explore the city centre with ease.

Apartmant is in a nice, central location, everything is easy to reach, even by walking. The building somteimes could be noisy but but not too annoying, still peaceful. we had all amenities even for a longer stay. Communication with the host is easy. they are very helpful and responsive. Recommended.

Nice apartment in a good location! We stayed for five days of family vacation. The apartment had all we needed and the location was perfect for accessing central Barcelona and not too busy or loud. The view of Sagrada familia was cool! The host was helpful and friendly, everything about the apartment was easy to handle and we could easily get in touch with them when we had a question or problem.

Had a great time with family and friends. Location was excellent, metro, Grocery are few steps. Digital check in was good option for flexible check in. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. View from apartment is also very good. The only thing is some traffic noice as this apartment located at main road. Overall great experience.

No encontré la direccion de la casa. En la APP aparece la longitud y latitud(unos codigos), y por eso el mapa me dirigió a una direccion distinta(donde está la TELEPIZZA), aunque está al lado de la casa, no podiamos saber era esa y buzcamos mucho alrededor. Al no poder localizarla teniamos que llamar. No era buena experiencia por haber estado tarde y tener los abuelos y los niños cansados y con hamble.

The apartment was fully matched with the photos, renovated and clean interior. There was everything you need for living: washing machine, iron, air dryer, kitchen tools. The apartment has a lot of storage space, and what's important for winter stay - it was warm. Location is great - close to the subway station and very walkable. Supermarkets, cafes and attractions are around you. The only minor downside if you are by car is lack of parking slots, but you can use Mercadona as short term parking.

El apartamento está excelentemente ubicado a 3 cuadras de Sagrada 5 y a 50 metros de una parada de metro. El espacio es sumamente amplio y cómodo. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario y dejan un kit de limpieza con pastilla para el lavaplatos, detergente para el lavarropas y esponja para la cocina. La comunicación fue clara y rápida.
