The apartment building was designed by the incredible architect, Ricardo Bofill, and it was constructed in 2001, making it a truly remarkable property to reside in. Additionally, there are two elevators within the building providing privacy and access to each floor.
The living room features a sofa, TV, and a dining table, forming the ideal space to relax and enjoy the views. The space features big windows that allow natural light to come in.
As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.
The property has 2 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.
Furthermore, it features an interior garden with a playground, which is accessible to the public during the day, but only to residents in the evening. The park can be accessed via the street or through a door on the ground level, which only residents have a key to.
Poblenou is a highly sought after neighbourhood in Barcelona and is ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach, whilst still being well-connected to the city centre. There are numerous beaches close to the apartment, but the closest is the beautiful Platja de la Nova Mar Bella, which is just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the Glòries Shopping Centre is just 20 minutes away via the metro, which makes for a perfect shopping day. Moreover, Rambla del Poblenou is a mere 15-minute walk from the property, where you will find many restaurants, bars, and cafes, making your day-to-day life even easier.
