Logement correspondant plutôt bien à sa description.
Il faut savoir que l'hôte vous impose de passer par son site une fois le règlement effectué par Airbnb.
Draps et serviettes propres, eau bien chaude, équipement minimum, belle vue depuis 1 chambre et le salon. Les 2 autres chambres font placard à balai. Dans le salon, les volets ne se fixent pas ouverts, donc s'il y a du vent (et on est au 6ème) vous ne pouvez plus profiter de la vue.
L'emplacement est très pratique, proche de la Sagrada Familia, métro, taxi.
L'hôte communique bien.

Nous avons bien profité et je recommande. Dès la réservation les instructions reçues sont claires pour l'arrivée autonome. Le métro juste devant la porte ou des parkings pas trop loin. Le logement est tel que décrit. Bien équipé. A notre arrivée tout était bien propre et rangé. Un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle fournie, il fallait régulièrement faire tourner le lave vaisselle. Le logement est super bien situé visiter la sagrada familia. Pour notre séjour en famille, avec plusieurs enfants, c'était super d'avoir 3 vraies chambres et deux salles de douche complètes. Pour les déplacements on avait cherché le métro, il est juste devant le portail de l'immeuble!. C'est vrai qu'on entend un peu fort le bruit de la circulation mais il s'agit d'une grande rue et des anciens châssis. On entend aussi un peu le bruit des zones communes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Les essuie fournis étaient bien et en suffisance. Savon vaisselle, gel douche, pastilles lave-vaisselle et lave-linge fourni

Nous sommes partis à Barcelone au début du mois de novembre en famille. L’appartement est facilement accessible avec sa serrure connectée et la station de métro juste devant l’immeuble. La vue dégagée donnant sur les arènes est très agréable. Le logement dispose de 3 belles chambres et est très bien agencé. Un petit kit de démarrage était même prévu pour la cuisine, le lave-vaisselle et la lessive. L’hôte est prévenant, très réactif et toujours à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande également le bar à tapas, voisin de l’immeuble, un régal. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Sehr hellhörig und teilweise sehr laut, alles schon etwas in die jahre gekommen, eine tür zu einem zimmer war defekt, konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Check in war toll, sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Lage war auch super, gleich unterhalb eine tolle tapas bar und ein paar meter weiter eine lecker bäckerei, toll zum Frühstücken. Preis Leistung war in Ordnung.

Good apartment in a fab location, not far to walk to Sagrada Familia. Metro right outside. Next door is a tapas bar/restaurant called Gigi’s which has amazing food. 5 separate beds and 2 showers so good for a group. Roof terrace is 1 floor up from the apartment with very nice views.

Lägenheten är fullt utrustad. Man har det man behöver för en weekend. Uppskattade verkligen de små kiten/påsarna i köket. Supersköna sängar. Utsikten från balkongen var fantastisk. Rekomenderar varmt boendet till familjer med små och stora/vuxna barn. Närhet till det mesta. Fina restauranger i kvarteren. Supermarket i fastigheten och Lidl runt kvarteret. Kommer vi tillbaka till Barcelona bor vi gärna hos AB med glädje igen.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, metro station in front of the door and a lot of sightseeing on walking distance. Stunning view from the balcony and the roof terace. The staff is very polite and helpful. Definately will stay again the next visit.

Appartement met prima centrale ligging en genoeg ruimte. Niet super-de-luxe, maar goed genoeg, zeker als je echt iets van de stad wil zien en dus veel op pad bent. Aanrader! Zou er meteen weer naar terug gaan bij een volgend bezoek aan Barcelona.
