This wonderful 3-bedroom apartment, located in the vibrant El Born neighbourhood of Barcelona, features sleek and contemporary decor throughout. With its prime location, the apartment offers easy access to the area´s many restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions; perfect for anyone looking to spend a few months in the Catalan Capital.... 

The living room of this apartment is a spacious and comfortable area for relaxing and socializing. It features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, as well as large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The room is tastefully decorated with modern artwork and furnishings.

The kitchen-dining area of this apartment is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home. It features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes other small appliances, as well as a spacious dining table and balcony access.

This apartment has three bedrooms, each complete with plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Two of the bedrooms are complete with double beds and the other is a studio fitted with a single sofa bed. The bedrooms are decorated in an elegant style and feature large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The apartment also has 3 bathrooms each complete with shower, sink, and toilet.

The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, and air conditioning and heating provide comfort in any season.

The apartment is located just a few minutes´ walk from the Parc de la Ciutadella, one of Barcelona´s largest and most popular parks. The famous Picasso Museum is also just a short walk away, as well as the trendy MOCO museum. You will certainly not be short of things to see and do in this area!

The apartment was in a brilliant location right next to La Segrada Familia! There is also a metro stop close by which makes travelling across the city very accessible. The place was well kept and clean with everything provided. The dining area is nice and gives a good place for a group to sit. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

We had a very pleasant stay in Barcelona. The highlight of the apartment is the location. We were 2 families in the apartment and the apartment allows every family to haveits own privacy because a family could stay in a area of the house, with its own bathroom, and the other family in the other area, with its own bathroom. The kitchen is in the center.

Wonderful location with Sagrada Familia and the Metro only a long block away, many restaurants nearby, a fine bakery across the street, an ATM machine and a grocery store both within 20 meters of the front door. We all enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. We found it suited our needs very well. The apartment block itself looks good and is very well maintained.

Dishwasher was not working and there was no rack for draining dishes etc. Also water pressure in shower in main bathroom is too high resulting in water spraying everywhere. It would be helpful to provide information about recycling in Barcelona for first time guests.
