Located on a busy street in a 6 floor building walking distance to La Sagrada Familia. Most of the apartments are short term rentals but there are a few permanant residents in the building. There is a metro station right out the front door of the building. Easy to find the apartment if you know the area. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small elevator that was helpful when bringing the luggage up to the apartment. The apartment was clean and we'll maintained.

Great location, directly on a metro stop for easy transit. Super walkable also, with good food and drinks options nearby. Feels much more like a more low-key, family friendly neighborhood versus the super touristy areas, which we loved. Our kids loved the convenient playground right in the courtyard too!

Logement, propreté et situation impeccables. Nous nous sommes sentis "chez nous" pendant nos 6 jours sur place. Chambre donnant sur la cage d'ascenseur confrontée au bruit pendant la nuit, pas de soucis par contre pour les deux autres. La vaisselle fournie pourrait être plus complète. Nous avions demandé deux clés numériques pour accéder à l'appartement, une des deux n'a jamais fonctionné, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Séjour parfait.

Excelente apartamento, una ubicación privilegiada ya que desde la estación de metro Monumental puedes moverte a toda Barcelona súper fácil.
Además llegas desde el aeropuerto en metro a solo 30 minutos.
Lo único que nos pareció un poco extraño era un olor peculiar que había entre la zona de lavandería y la nevera y el cual nunca encontramos la fuente.
Del resto, las camas muy cómodas, tenía lo esencial para hacer limpieza. Dinero bien invertido en un sitio con tan buena ubicación. Muchas gracias.

Great location! Everything was walkable, we didn't use the public transport at all. Monumental Station is pretty much straight out of the apartment block and the place is clean and has all toiletries/towels/basic things you need. Loved our long weekend there! Hosts very responsive and hassle free check-in! Highly recommend the place

La posizione è ottima , vicino alla metro . È comunque possibile muoversi facilmente in taxi . La casa è grande e confortevole . La presenza di 2 bagni è fondamentale . Il condizionamento in tutte le stanze rende il soggiorno confortevole . Questo appartamento lo consiglio .

Perfect accommodation with grate position near to Sagrada and directly in fort of metro station, whole flat was clean and cozy. Communication with the reception is rely fast and in case of any issue there is possibility to contact their anytime.
