Dit helder, drie slaapkamer appartement ligt net naast Park Güell, een van de beroemde bezienswaardigheden van Gaudí in Barcelona. De wijk waarin dit stijlvolle appartement ligt is veel rustiger dan het centrum van de stad, maar het blijft dicht bij genoeg, zodat u snel en gemakkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden kunt bereiken in een korte tijd. Dit moderne appartement heeft drie slaapkamers, allemaal met eenpersoonsbedden. Er is ook een slaapbank, wat betekent dat het appartement geschikt is voor maximaal 7 personen . Dit moderne appartement is volledig gemeubileerd, met een volledig ingerichte keuken, die alle apparaten heeft die u nodig hebt om uw favoriete maaltijden te creëren, of zelfs om Meditterane gerechten uit te proberen. De woonkamer heeft een directe deur naar het balkon, waar u gebruik kan maken van de heerlijke Spaanse zon.
Er zijn twee badkamers in het appartement, zodat u het maximale comfort en privacy hebt.
In dit fantastische appartement vindt u ook een TV, perfect om te ontspannen na een dag Barcelona te verkennen. WiFi is ook aanwezig, wat het voor u makkelijk maakt om in contact te blijven met uw familie en vriendin thuis. Er is een tweede TV in de slaapkamer met eigen badkamer.
Let op! Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 35-45 minuten met het openbaar vervoer van het centrum van Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), en biedt een meer rustige omgeving met goede verbinding naar het openbaar vervoer.

Horta-Guinardó is gelegen in het noordoosten van Barcelona en is een van de grootste wijken in de stad. Het gebied is beduidend rustiger dan de bruisende trekpleisters van het centrum van de stad, maar het is makkelijk om alle bezienswaardigheden in Barcelona met de bus of metro te bereiken vanuit deze hoek van de Catalaanse hoofdstad....
Het gebied is bekend om haar steile heuvels. Horta-Guinardó ligt op de Collserola bergketen. U vindt er ook het mooie Parc del Laberint d'Horta in deze wijk, dat is de oudste tuin van Barcelona, met een labyrint bestaat uit 750 cipressen.

Very nice spacious apartments. Good location. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The only thing that was disappointing was noise insulation, or rather its complete absence, at night it was not very comfortable to sleep due to loud sounds from the street. Excellentes prestations ! emplacement parfait! l'appart etait propre ! l'accès tres facile à l'appart facile grace à la ligne 2 du metro juste à 10 mètres de l'entrée de l'immeuble.
l'appart est tres bien équipé comme decrit. Un lit et une chaise pour bébé nous ont été fourni. l appart est en lui même fidèle à la dzscription et bien placé . la clé intelligente fonctionne bien et elle est tres utile pour les check in sans contrainte.

My group of 4 enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. The location is perfect for getting around the city since there is a transit line right in front of the apartment!
The air conditioning unit was unclear how to work at times and kept adjusting its temperature, but AB was very responsive with helping us.
Also - major shoutout to Gigi’s Avon Tapas! They were great and very convenient for a quick bite or drink break during our stay. Definitely swing by when you book this place!

Great location! Walking distance to the Sagrada familia and literally over the entrance to the subway. The only problem as other guests have mentioned before is the check in with digital keys. The main bedroom is a little noisy but they provided ear plugs. The other 2 rooms have windows giving to an interior space between apartments that one could not leave them open. This is important for people who can’t stay in closed spaces. For us it was okay. There was a washing machine.

It was an amazing experience! The location is brilliant! 5 min walking to Sagrada Familia that you can see a bit from the balcony. 5 min ride by metro to ramble. Metro station is literally In front of an exit door. The apartment is clean. Beds are comfortable. We were welcomed with toilets and a small package of washing powder and soap for dishes, that was very helpful. Communication is fast and helpful, we had some misunderstood but it was solved very fast, I'm very grateful for that. This is a very good option for a week vacation in Barcelona. It will be our primary choice for the next trip.

Everything was OK. Nice apartment near Sagrada Familia. A lot of cafe and restaurants around. Easy arrival/departure.

Increíble lugar, muy central para ir a muchos lugares caminando y si se requiere metro lo tienes en frente. En la zona encuentras farmacias, panaderías, tiendas, supermercado, todo. El apartamento limpio, amplio, muy bien equipado. ¡Bonitos recuerdos!

Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Good location and easy access to metro station (right below the apartment). Good security in the apartment. The host is also very responsive on questions we had.
