Il salone-sala da pranzo aperto riceve molta luce naturale dalla finestra e ha un design elegante e moderno. Hai il divano e la televisione da usare per rilassarti dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Accanto a questo spazio troverai il tavolo da pranzo e sedie da utilizzare per i pasti.
Per quanto riguarda la cucina nell´appartamento, hai la cucina completamente attrezzata per te e per i tuoi ospiti. Qui puoi trovare un tostapane, un frullatore e una macchina per il caffè, nonché un forno, piano cottura e microonde per cucinare la cena con i tuoi ospiti.
La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e si sente spaziosa e luminosa grazie alla finestra, e ha anche una scrivania e uno spazio guardaroba. Anche la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale ed è spaziosa con molta luce naturale. Entrambi i letti possono essere convertiti in due letti singoli. La terza camera ha un letto singolo. Oltre a questo, vi è un bagno completo di vasca e un altro con wc e lavabo.
La posizione nell´Eixample offre un´ottima posizione per il tuo soggiorno a Barcellona, vicino a tutte le migliori attrazioni turistiche. Per alcune visite turistiche, sei a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla vecchia arena dei tori di La Monumental ea soli 8 minuti a piedi > dalla Sagrada Familia. Per lo shopping, sei a soli 11 minuti a piedi dal Centro commerciale Glòries e a soli 8 minuti di metropolitana dall´iconico Passeig de Gracia. Da qui hai accesso a Plaça Catalunya ea tutti i fantastici ristoranti e bar della zona.

L'Eixample, termine catalano che significa estensione, non è altro che l'ampliamento della città vecchia ed è oggi uno dei quartieri più popolati di Barcellona. L'Eixample fu progettato dall'architetto catalano Ildefons Cerdà che per la stesura della nuova area cittadina studiò, tra le tante variabili, anche i flussi di traffico e la luce del sole....
L'Eixample è caratterizzato da blocchi ottagonali e uno schema a griglia con strade larghe e zone sia commerciali che residenziali. Il quartiere è diviso in due parti, Eixample Esquerra (sinistra o, in spagnolo, Izquierda) e Eixample Dreta (destra o, in spagnolo, Derecha), e ospita una delle strade più famose di Barcellona: Passeig de Gràcia, elegante viale famoso per i suoi negozi di alta moda e i ristoranti di lusso.
La strada si interseca con Avinguda Diagonal, lungo viale che attraversa tutta la città.
L'Eixample Derecho ospita molti capolavori del modernismo catalano come l'esclusiva Casa Milà (la Pedrera), la colorata Casa Batlló e l'imponente Sagrada Familia, il capolavoro incompiuto di Gaudí. 거실과 테라스 창문에서 사그라다 파밀리아 성당이 바로 보여서 너무 행복했습니다! 파밀리아 성당까지 도보 10분 내로 갈 수 있고, 지하철 역은 바로 건물 앞, 메르카도나도 걸어서 5분만에 갈 수 있어요. 깨끗하고 웰컴 키트로 소량의 세제와 수세미 등등, 소금,후추,설탕 등등을 챙겨주어서 잘 활용했습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고 관리인도 친절하시고 문의 답변도 빨라서 행복한 시간을 보냈어요!

The two bathrooms was a plus for five adults. The place was clean and organized.

Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz und eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Man konnte einfach ins Apartment gelangen und die Lage war passend um die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in bis zu einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war top!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful view to La Sagara Familia. The only little minus was the nachos odour when we open bedroom window even hours after midnight when the restaurant down there have been closed.

A very pleasant stay. From great contact with the owner, the ability to use an app to open the property, to a really well equipped and clean apartment.
Well-equipped kitchen, all necessary appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. We especially liked the newly purchased packages with cleaning accessories.
Two bathrooms with showers are a big plus. There are three bedrooms-two with twin beds that can be combined into one large bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Living room with a large table and chairs and a couch. Beautiful terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia church.
Super location, close to the metro and major attractions in the area. I heartily recommend.

The keyless entry was great so all members of our group had their own access and no keys to manage and share. Location and balcony views were great. Easy access to the metro got used everywhere we wanted to go and nice walking street a couple blocks away.

Very nice Appartement on the 7th floor with a beautiful terrace. It was very clean and looked even better than expected!
The metro is just 2min by foot and you have a lots of cafe nearby. Generally speaking the location is very central so that nearly everything can be reached with a 30min walk! Recommend, I would book it again.

Brilliant place. Don’t think the location could get any better. Apartment itself is sleek modern and well furnished. In unit AC was superb. Sagrada familia is a stones throw away and metro is right at your doorstep. 3 of us stayed extremely comfortably. Could easily fit 5-7 people with comfort.

This is a great apartment at the heart of Barcelona with a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect for our group of 5, and did not feel cramped at all. The place is clean and comfortable, and they provide a welcome package with helpful amenities (detergent for the washing machine, tea/coffee, soap, etc.). The location is amazing, easily accessible to many attractions in the city by transit (there is a subway station on the same block). We had a bit of a hiccup with check in on the first night, but the 24/7 customer support was very responsive and helpful regarding the issue and resolved it the next morning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Sehr gute Lage und sowohl mit U-Bahn, Bus gut angebunden. Zudem sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement war sehr groß und hat ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Die Terrasse mit dem sehr schönen Blick vom Meer bis zur Sagrada Familia ist ein Traum, im Hochsommer ohne Sonnenschutz aber wahrscheinlich etwas zu warm.

Appartement spacieux, bien conçu. Très propre. Idéalement situé. Cadeaux d'accueil (gel douche, savon, idem en cuisine). 2 salles de bains, 2 WC. Balcon avec petite table et 4 chaises. Bien équipé pour le gros électroménager. La clé numérique !
Au total on recommande, séjour super agréable dans ce logement !!

Exact ca in imagini. Dotat cu toate facilitățile necesare in baie și bucatarie, suficiente prosoape, terasa spațioasă cu priveliște spre Sagrada Familia.Metroul este chiar in fata blocului. Check-in facil, iar cheia digitală perfect funcțională la toate persoanele care au avut-o.

Se complica un poco el tema de la llave digital en caso de que se descargue el celular, pero solucionaron rápida y eficientemente, tal vez una opción es inicialmente dejar con el acceso digital, pero dejar dentro del apto. unas copias de las llaves físicas, de todas maneras, solucionaron super rápido y no hubo inconveniente.

We had a great stay. Check in process was smooth and easy. Apartment is in a great location with metro stop right outside, 2 blocks from Sagrada Familia and lots of places to eat nearby. The apartment has everything you need, great bathroom facilities, well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Ich hatte einen tollen dreimonatigen Aufenthalt in Barcelona in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Metro sowie Supermärkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt unzählige Bars und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, obwohl man sich in einem der belebtesten Stadtviertel befindet.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist für längere Aufenthalte in Barcelona geeignet. So gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.
Zusammengefasst kann ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

De verwarming deed het niet, we dachten het is weer zover. Maar de service van AB was fantastisch! Ze hebben meteen iemand langs gestuurd en we hadden een werkende verwarming! Zulke services heb ik nog nooit ergens meegemaakt! Locatie perfect, dichtbij een winkelcentrum en goed verbonden met de stad!
