This 3 bedroom apartment is located in Poble Sec, right next to the beautiful Montjuïc Park and Plaza Espanya. With WiFi connection, air conditioning, and a balcony, it is the perfect place to enjoy a few months in the city of Barcelona....
The living room features a sofa, TV and dining table, making it the perfect space to relax in. From here, you also have access to the balcony, which lets natural light into the room.
As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and kettle, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.
The property has 3 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings. Additionally, two of the bedrooms feature a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the views and good weather.
Furthermore, the property has a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Il quartiere di Poble Sec fu la prima estensione di Barcellona al di fuori del centro storico. Il quartiere è ubicato ai piedi di Montjuïc, una collina famosa per i suoi musei e per il Poble Espanyol....

The Poble Sec neighborhood is amazing! This apartment was in such a fun and fantastic area with many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, fruit markets and a gelateria. It was close to everything in Barcelona by metro and bus and the stops were just a short walk away. The apartment itself is very large with a full kitchen and large bathroom. It looks like the pictures. It is a great place for a family to stay. We can’t wait to return!

The location was great. Really beautiful area, little streets filled with restaurants and cafes. That was the highlight. Many walkable sites - and for others we just took a taxi - of which there are many and easy to flag down on the main road; and they are not expensive. The air bnb itself was clean, easy to check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

You can’t beat the location of this apartment!! Secure building on a really fun street with so many restaurants and stores for your food needs. Short walk to two convenient Metro stations and bus stops. Lots of activity in the area but the apartment is still so quiet! Decor of the apartment has a traditional Spanish feel and was really clean and had a lot of information for things to see and do while in Barcelona. Great stay all around!

The apartment is not only safe and quiet but also impeccably tidy. It is conveniently situated between two metro stations, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood ensures easy access to numerous restaurants and bars located just downstairs. In June and July, Spain experiences high temperatures, but rest assured, the apartment is equipped with efficient air conditioning that ensures a comfortable environment in both rooms. Although one of the rooms shares the air conditioning with the living room, you can still enjoy the benefits of cool air throughout the bedrooms.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit schönem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon in einer ruhigen und gleichzeitig lebendigen Gegend dieser phantastischen Stadt. Auf der Straße davor gibt es nette Bars und Cafes, zu Fuß waren wir schnell auf dem Berg mit seinen Parks und der Miro-Ausstellung. Die Metrostation ist fast vor der Haustür, wir waren so schnell bei den highlights von Barcelona. Sehr nette, angenehme Kommunikation und unkompliziertes Einchecken. Wir können die Wohnung nur sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

we had a nice stay in Barcelone, travelling with my 2 daughters. the apartment is very confortable, in a safe street and quarter, very central. it was easy to shop around (big supermarket on the main street), and plenty of tapas bar and bakeries jsut in the street. instructions to enter the flat were clear and easy: Bluetooth system.

Wir waren vom Apartment begeistert. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben. Vor allem die Lage ist super, man hat tolle Verbindungen in die Stadt, zum Strand und Flughafen.
Außerdem ist es eine schöne Altbau-Wohnung mit klassischer Einrichtung. Die Kommunikation mit AB war sehr gut, unkompliziert und freundlich. Alles in einem eine Weiterempfehlung und gern wieder.

Like the quaintness and comfort of the apt.. The location was good. Appreciated the fact that the sliding glass doors blocked the noise from the street but enjoyed watching the people on the street from above

Es un piso muy bien situado, en Poble Sec, al lado de la Plaza España. Es un apartamento tradicional, lo cual le da ese encanto magnífico que tienen los pisos antiguos de Barcelona. Estaba muy bien equipado, muy recomendable!

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue muy buena. Está situado en un buen barrio, tranquilo, donde se pueden encontrar buenos lugares para comer y divertirse. El piso es muy amplio y luminoso. Si te quedas aquí te recomiendo que visites Montjuïc, ya que ofrece unas vistas increíbles de Barcelona. ¡Muchas gracias!
