This lovely three-bedroom apartment in Barceloneta, is just 7 minute´s walk from the beach. It has space for up to 4 people, and with a balcony, WiFi and air conditioning, is the perfect apartment for your next stay in Barcelona....
In the open-living diner, there is a comfortable sofa and television. The room has modern furnishings, with beautiful wood features and flooring. Next to the lounge area, you will find a petite dining table & chairs to use for meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, there is the fully-equipped kitchen for you to cook your meals. Here you will find everything you need to feel at home, such as an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer & hob. Additionally, there is a kettle and cafetière.
The bedrooms are all modern and bright, with a window in each allowing for lots of natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed with a large wardrobe and lots of storage space. There are two other single bedrooms, again both with wardrobes & drawers. There is one bathroom complete with shower in the apartment.
Being located in Barceloneta is a great spot in Barcelona, perfect for beach lovers, while still being so close to the centre. You are just 7-minute´s walk from the beach here. For a day of shopping and stopping off at restaurants, head to the Maremagnum Shopping Centre, which is just
13-minute´s walk away. For food shopping, the apartment is just 3-minute´s walk from both the Barceloneta Market and a Lidl Supermarket. For access to the rest of the city, the Barceloneta Metro is only 5-minute´s walk away.

La Barceloneta è un grazioso rione nel quartiere della Ciutat Vella ubicato dove un tempo si trovava l'isola di Maians. Il borgo è conosciuto per le sue spiagge così come per i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti di pesce. Il centro città è a poca distanza dal porto antico di Barcellona, camminando per pochi minuti o con una breve corsa in metropolitana potrai raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città....
La Barceloneta venne costruita per i residenti della Ribera (la riva) sfrattati dai lavori per la costruzione della fortezza della Ciutadella (oggi Parc de la Ciutadella) eretta nel XVIII secolo durante il regno di Felipe V. Da allora, con lo sviluppo del Port Vell e del Port Olímpic, la zona è diventata molto più bella a beneficio di turisti e residenti. L'Acquario di Barcellona ed il cinema IMAX si trovano nelle vicinanze così come il grande centro commerciale Maremagnum e un discreto numero di locali notturni, prettamente bar storici. Camminando lungo il Passeig de Colom partendo da Barceloneta potrai facilmente raggiungere la Rambla.

The location, the apartment are great! The communication with the host was excellent, very fast! The apartment is very well-located, with excellent access to public transportation including the subway, tram, and bus. Most major attractions are within close proximity, making it convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was prompt and efficient. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at their office after check-out, which was about 20 minutes away by bus.

This apartment was perfect. Very spacious and the location was absolutely wonderful! In the middle of everything. Close to Metro, easy to catch a cab, easy to walk to almost everywhere and we felt very safe! The beds were super comfortable. We did have one little handyman issue and AB Apartments were extremely fast to react and fix the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

L'appartamento è in una posizione estremamente comoda e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottima.
La zona circostante è tranquilla e ben servita di ristoranti e bar. In 15 minuti si raggiunge le ramblas e in 5 minuti la prima stazione della metropolitana, quindi servito benissimo.
Le stanze sono grandi e ben attrezzate. Nel complesso l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po' di lavori di manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.
Ottima l'opzione di entrare nell'appartamento per mezzo dell'app sul cellulare.
La società AB è sempre stata attenta a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. CI hanno tenuto i bagagli presso i loro uffici sia al nostro arrivo prima del check inn prima di poter accedere all'appartamento, come anche nel check out. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

I had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at this flat in Barcelona. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. This apartment has plenty of space inside and it's very clean. The ceilings are high and nicely designed. The building is peaceful and safe, so guests can relax. Very good location. Easy access due to electronic keys. Plus, the WiFi is really fast, even faster than what you find in most Airbnb places and hotels. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The apartment is 10-15 min walk to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Mercado de la Boqueria, Gothic Quarter. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and minimal decors. Very roomy. Comfortable beds. Old bathrooms.

Great apartment only 15min walk from El Born and 30min walk from Barceloneta beach. Everything worked well including air con. Digital keys were easy to use and meant we didn’t need to pick up keys from an office or an individual. Would recommend!

Grand appartement plein de cachet et très bien situé! Tout est parfaitement conforme à la description, nous sommes resté 4 jours avec 1 enfant et 2 adolescents, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie et des couettes , ainsi que la cuisine très bien équipée, y compris le lave-vaiselle ! Nous étions en voiture, et Eva & Jack nous ont très bien conseillé pour le parking ( réserver absolument via " parclic" pour éviter de payer ...à la minute!). Bref, très bien.

Me and my wife stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved it, the only issue we had was that the WIFI wouldn’t work when we first arrived, but AB helped us straight away and fixed it. Other than that everything was perfect.

Ich habe diese Wohnung mit meiner Band gemietet, als wir auf Tournee in Barcelona waren. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich, so dass man sich auf solchen Trips wir zu Hause fühlen kann. Lieder sind wir aber immer zu viel unterwegs gewesen und konnten die Wohnung nicht in vollen Zügen genießen.
Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv erneut mieten, wenn wir nach Barcelona zurückkehren.

Traumhafte Wohnung mitten im Geschehen. In der Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht von Supermärkten bis zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Perfekt für große Gruppen, da sie über 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern verfügt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr großzügig mit sehr hohen wunderschönen Decken, die man in Barcelona aus vielen Läden kennt. Die Küche ist sehr hell und ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien wie z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle etc. ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht weg!

Het ideale locatie om in Barcelona te zitten met je familie! Door dat je dicht bij sommige bezienswaardigheden zit kan je die meteen afstrepen! En door de dichtbij zijnde metro lijnen heb je heel erg makkelijk toegang tot de stad. We hadden een probleempje met het internet, maar het team van AB Apartment Barcelona heeft ons daar zo snel mogelijk mee geholpen, top service!

It was a very good stay and perfect for what we needed. The location was great. Really liked the fact we were given advice on things to do in the city without asking as this helped us with being a big group! I would definitely use the accommodation again!
