Questo appartamento dispone di una zona notte con due letti singoli, oltre a un divano letto matrimoniale, per ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.
L´appartamento è completamente arredato e dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata dove avrai tutto il necessario per preparare piatti tipici della cucina catalana. La sala da pranzo ha accesso a un balcone dove potrai mangiare all´aperto in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Horta/Guinardò è ubicato nella zona nord-orientale di Barcellona ed è uno dei più grandi quartieri della città. La zona, molto più tranquilla rispetto all'affollato centro, è ben collegata alle zone più centrali della capitale catalana grazie ad autobus e metropolitana....

Das Appartement ist besonders, weil es durch den Altbau-Charakter mit Stuckdecken und Flügeltüren einen ganz eigenen Flair hat :) !
Es liegt sehr zentral, nahe der Uni, nette Restaurants und direkter U-Bahn-Anschluss in 5Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Schlüsselübergabe direkt um die Ecke.

I read some reviews before about the internet not being great, and I was really worried as I was working there during my stay, but they clearly heeded the reviews and upgraded the internet, so it was perfect. Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller se perdre dans les rues d'El raval, il y a aussi beaucoup de resto de qualité aux alentours. L'appartement est très mignon et la literie est vraiment confortable.
L'équipe de AB Apartment est très disponible pour faciliter l'arrivée (1h du matin et quand même quelqu'un pour nous répondre au téléphone et nous attendre !)

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's spacious, perfect for a couple or three guests (one on the sofa bed). It stays cool during the day and has great kitchen facilities, and the location is perfect (easily accessible by metro and in great walking distance from lots of central locations). The check-in and out process was also extremely easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Der Check-In hat wunderbar geklappt. José war nicht da, aber sein Freund Jesus hat den Check-In gemacht. Er hat uns alles gut erklärt und war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man fast alles zu Fuss machen kann. Wenn wir wiederkommen buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment.

Very positive stay, the apartment has all you need and Jose was very helpful. He also gave us tips for our stay on the Costa Brava. I would surely recommend this place, also because it’s well situated, super close to the center. We walked almost everything, with our child of 1,5 year old :)

Perfectly located apartment that is comfortable and very well equipped for a "home from home". Everything is provided to be self sufficient. Only 10 minute stroll to playa catalunya and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around though it is a quiet location of a main road. I would highly recommend and would stay there again when I return to Barcelona.

The apartment was just as advertised- very comfortable and a great location. Jose our host was fantastic very accessable and flexible- we ended up checking in 8 hrs later than originally planned due to transport problems. We kept in contact with him during the day informing him of our whereabouts he couldnt have been nicer! The apartment was fitted out with heaps of extras that we werent expecting. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great apartment. Fantastic location! All the sights are within walking distance...10 to 15 minutes to Espanya or P Catalanya. Good restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. Very comfortable place and the owner is quick to respond and check in and check out was easy. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in this vibrant city.

The apartment is slightly odd in layout especially the double entrance, yet perfectly fine for a holiday let. The painted ceilings are wonderful and kitchen is well equipped even with a washing machine. Local amenities such as supermarket, early evening bar downstairs, bread shop, charcuterie, amazing patisserie shop and a decent spanish restaurant with 11 Euro mon-fri lunch menu inc beverage ! The location is the best part, very central and close to Metro. Both owner and manager are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The bed and sofa could both be better quality and the aircon is not fully plumbed in, so has a bucket which needs to be emptied out every day or so. Adding those finishing touches would make the whole place step up a level.

A very nice and comfortable apartment in a strategic position: 3 minutes walking from metro Universitat and 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya...Pratically in the core of Barcelona downtown!

Barcelona is a great city i adore it, our host Jose was adorable, extremely helpful, cheerful and very kind to us, the apartment was clean, well situated in a very calm neighborhood and near to every where, not even 10 min walk to placa catalyuna and the famous La Rambla, well connected by all means of transportation metero, bus even the airport bus
