La zona è molto più tranquilla che il centro città, rimanendo comunque vicini quanto basta per raggiungere facilmente ogni attrazione. La struttura è completamente arredata, con una cucina completamente attrezzata che ha tutti gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici necessari per creare i tuoi pasti preferiti, o anche provare alcuni piatti di ispirazione mediterranea. L´accogliente zona giorno ha accesso diretto alla terrazza dove è possibile prendere il sole o mangiare ´al fresco´.

The apartment was in a very well located place and was in a walkable distance from most places. The apartment was clean and was exactly as listed, it accommodated a group of 5 with the 2 showers and 2 bathrooms being very useful. The balcony was a very big and supplied sunbeds to spend time in the sun. Overall for value for money, location of the apartment and overall setup of the apartment, there is not a better find out there.

Als eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten war es schön in dem Apartment einen Aufenthaltsbereich zu haben und Doppelzimmer, ohne dass jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Die Zimmer haben zwar bis auf eins keine Fenster, aber bei der Bauweise sucht man das in Barcelona wohl sowieso erfolglos.
Die Lage ist toll, die Umgebung sicher, man ist sehr schnell an der Sagrada Familia oder mit der U-Bahn überall hin.
Nett war auch, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab und zum Start wurde uns ein Spülmaschinentab gegeben sowie kleine Päckchen Salz und Öl (reicht für ein Kleines essen, aber für den Anfang super nett!).

Great Apartment right next to the Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Barcelona. Nice and clean. The bathroom was a little bit dated but clean and functional. We had an issue with hot water on the first day but this was solved quickly by an engineer. The key card system was a bit tricky on the first day but the host was very responsive and helped get everything setup. Nice terrace for a drink after a long day.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in Barcelona! Wir waren 7 Mädels und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein absoluter plus Punkt. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war das es sehr hellhörig ist und man extrem leise sein muss da die Nachbarn schnell sich gestört fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Apartment war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dadurch das man keine Schlüssel benötigt und mit einer App einchecken kann, war die Ankunft sehr einfach und bequem. Vielen Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

We couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation in Barcelona! The apartment was a perfect fit for our group of seven, offering ample space and a stunning balcony. It was impeccably clean, roomy, and surprisingly quiet despite its convenient location right next to the metro stop, restaurants, and a supermarket. Getting to Sagrada Familia was a breeze, just one quick metro stop away, and accessing other parts of the city was equally convenient. We're already planning our next visit – this place was a winner!

Hosts very easy to communicate with and a pleasure, couldn’t fault our stay, and definitely consider returning. Location is walking distance to the beach and city centre, although plenty options in the area for shops and food.
Even had a lovely tapas restaurant next door.
The roof terrace was just the cherry on the cake with beautiful 360 views.

El departamento era exactamente lo que decía ser. Estaba todo muy prolijo cuando llegamos, con un kit de limpieza listo, cocina bien equipada y toallas para todos. Las llaves digitales para entrar al edificio fueron una gran cosa para simplificar la logística del viaje. Muy buena la terraza. Muy práctica la ubicación, ya que no era tan céntrico pero la estación de metro mas cercana era a 10 metros. Sin dudas volvería.

Für einen Aufenthalt von fünf Tagen waren, unserer Meinung nach, die Badetücher und Handtücher ein bisschen knapp. Ein Badetuch pro kopf und 2 Handtücher. Es sind Handtücher nach gebracht worden, trotzdem, sind wir davon ausgegangen dass für den ganzen Aufenthalt, ein paar Bade und Handtücher mehr erforderlich sind.

Everything was perfect. When we arrived it was late night but the guy at the reception..Giacomo...helped us so much. He explained everything about the flat and as we are young guys was very very important. 5 star plus!

Questo appartamento si trovava vicino alla Sagrada Familia e ad un centro commerciale all'aperto chiamato Glories. Siamo stati fortunati perché era abbastanza grande per tutti e siamo stati comodi.
