L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto è accogliente e ha un bella vista, ed era abbastanza pulito. Essendo in un quartiere molto in alto non è comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi per tutti. Alcune strade sono molto ripide e per chi non ne fosse al corrente può essere un problema.

Il quartiere di Poble Sec fu la prima estensione di Barcellona al di fuori del centro storico. Il quartiere è ubicato ai piedi di Montjuïc, una collina famosa per i suoi musei e per il Poble Espanyol....
L'arteria principale del Poble Sec è Avinguda Paral·lel, un viale noto per la sua vita notturna fin dalla fine del XIX secolo. Qui si trovano moltissimi bar e club come la Sala Apolo. Questo 'Broadway' barcellonese ricco di storia ospita numerosi teatri tra cui il Teatro Vittoria e il Teatre Condal ed è vicino a 'La Ciutat del Teatre' (la città del teatro) e al 'Barcelona Teatre Musical', un palcoscenico per musical e spettacoli di danza.
I bar di tapas e i ristoranti del Poble Sec sono l'ideale per assaporare la tipica cucina spagnola e per immergersi nella frizzante vita del quartiere; assolutamente d'obbligo è anche un giro a Carrer Blai.

Somos una familia de 4 personas . Y la verdad que todo perfecto, el depto muy lindo , limpio , ordenado . Pensamos que se nos iba a dificultar movernos desde ahí pero la verdad que no , tenes los bus que pasan en la misma cuadra o a una y te dejan perfecto a todos los lugares que queres visitar . Lo recomendamos ! Muy atentos en todo momento con nosotros . Sin duda volvería.

Die Lage war sehr schön für uns, gut erreichbar sowohl mit dem Bus, als auch mit der U-Bahn (10 min. von der Unterkunft zu Fuß entfernt, wobei man sagen muss, dass die Straße sehr steil war, aber wenn man zur U-Bahn hin muss, ist das nicht so schlimm, als wenn man mit der U-Bahn zur Unterkunft kommt, weil da muss man bergauf die Straße durch). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Aussicht war sehr schön, auch Abends aber auch tagsüber!

I didn't wanna leave. Amazing view, transportation, nearby, and also walkable restaurants. We only spent three days, but wished we would have booked more time in order to enjoy the apartment and the relaxation. Would definitely book here again if ever I'm back in town.

The apartment has a nice terrace, with a view on the hills surrounding Barcelona.
Inside, you have 2 separate beds and a sofa, which is surprisingly comfortable. I slept for one week on it, while my 2 kids had the beds.
There are very good bus connection, and metro is not far either. Everything you need is close by (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc). It takes about half an hour to get to the center. Park Guell is at 10 min walk distance.
Overall a nice place to stay, if you don't mind the few points I mentioned above.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Barcelona und haben die Unterkunft mit der morgen Sonne auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten nach einem langen Tag wunderbar entspannen. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht, die Küche Ausstattung ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend.
Check-in super easy, mein handy ist gut 6 jahre alt und die app hat wunderbar funktioniert! Hervorzuheben ist die sehr sehr gute Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter. Schnell, hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert! Wir hatten einen Tag im ganzen Haus für ein paar Stunden kein Wasser, wir wurden sofort upgedatet und das Problem war schnell behoben.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und ruhig, dass es laut ist wegen Bars oder Restaurants konnten wir nicht hören, es gibt auch lediglich eine kleine Bar in der Straße die allerdings überhaupt nicht zu hören war. Auch der Verkehr ist mäßig und abends so gut wie nicht vorhanden.

It is quite small, but has everything you may need to stay for a few days or a few weeks.
It is a few minutes walk from a beautiful Park Guell, which we really enjoyed.
There are a bunch of supermarkets and cafes near by.
You need to take public transport or taxi if you want to get to the centre.
The walls are quite thin, so if you are a light sleeper - bring earplugs.
We made a mistake on check-in and the support was very quick and easy to help!
Communication was 10/10.

Très bonne communication en termes d’arrivée et de départs. L’appartement est conforme à la description, tout le nécessaire pour manger, etc. La wifi fonctionne bien, la vue quand il est fait beau est plutôt agréable. En ce qui concerne la localisation, le métro El Carmel se situe à environ 5 min à pied, ne pas prendre la sortie Place Pastrana qui vous emmènera à l’opposé. Le quartier est typique mais dans les hauteurs de Barcelone.

Le logement est propre et se trouve sur les hauteurs de Barcelone, un peu loin du centre mais bien desservie par deux bus qui vous Emmène au centre de Barcelone. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

très bel appartement et très bien agencé, très bien placé dans Barcelone et avec une jolie vue. Vous aurez le soleil pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon.
Un peu loin du cente néanmoins (max 30 minutes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre) mais le quartier est calme, très bien desservie par les transports en communs et toutes les commodités sont à proximité.
De plus vous pourrez vous rendre dans le parc Guell (un très beau parc très touristique donnant une vue magnifique sur Barcelone) en 15 minutes et vous avez à peut près la même distance des points de vue en hauteur donnant le même genre de vue.

We had a great time in Barcelona! The view from our apartment was incredible and it was stocked with useful items. It was clean when we got there and we didn’t mind cleaning when we left, as there was supplies to do so. I really appreciate it!

We were unclear about where to get the keys so we got to the apartment at the top of the hill and realized that we needed to take an additional taxi to get the keys.
