Questo meraviglioso appartamento è un’ottima scelta per tutti quelli che vogliono godersi al massimo Barcellona e tutto quello che la città ha da offrire. Si trova nel quartiere del Poble Sec, vicino al Montjuïc. In questa zona c’è davvero molto da fare e da vedere e inoltre offre una vasta gamma di bar e ristoranti tipici spagnoli. Dall’appartamento puoi raggiungere comodamente le altre parti della città e della periferia tramite mezzi pubblici, poichè vicino troverai due fermate della metro e varie dell’autobus....

Il quartiere di Poble Sec fu la prima estensione di Barcellona al di fuori del centro storico. Il quartiere è ubicato ai piedi di Montjuïc, una collina famosa per i suoi musei e per il Poble Espanyol....
L'arteria principale del Poble Sec è Avinguda Paral·lel, un viale noto per la sua vita notturna fin dalla fine del XIX secolo. Qui si trovano moltissimi bar e club come la Sala Apolo. Questo 'Broadway' barcellonese ricco di storia ospita numerosi teatri tra cui il Teatro Vittoria e il Teatre Condal ed è vicino a 'La Ciutat del Teatre' (la città del teatro) e al 'Barcelona Teatre Musical', un palcoscenico per musical e spettacoli di danza.
I bar di tapas e i ristoranti del Poble Sec sono l'ideale per assaporare la tipica cucina spagnola e per immergersi nella frizzante vita del quartiere; assolutamente d'obbligo è anche un giro a Carrer Blai.

Very nice place, clean, tidy and plenty of room. Electronic keys were great, everyone could have an access key. Metro and bus station right fought the corner, easily connecting you to different places.

Demande de clés virtuelles : ci-dessus.
Parking situé à 150m (en réservant en ligne avant votre arrivée, vous payez moins cher). Appartement bien situé pour visiter, manger ou faire du shopping soit à pied, en bus ou en taxi (avec l'appli - cher).

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice, apartment was clean and kitchen was good equipped.
Digital key was a very useful way how to get to the apartment - you dont need to go to the reception and it doesn’t matter what time you will arrive.
The only negative think I need to mention is that you can hear all the noise from outside and also from the next apartment (very noisy neighbours).
But overall it was nice experience and we would recommend this apartment :)

Здесь есть все необходимое и даже больше. Очень чисто, мягкие полотенца, посудомоечная машина, новый холодильник, новая стиральная машина, микроволновка, плита, фен, утюг, сушилка. Кондиционеры, если открыть балкон и окно на кухне - будет ветерок. Нам оставили приятные мелочи для кухни. Два шкафа, но нам вполне хватило.
С улицы, было все слышно, но не всю ночь. Мы приехали на каникулы, выспимся дома ))) и так много ходили, что спали очень хорошо ))

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut angebunden. Leider ist das Appartement sehr hellhörig und der Lärm von der Straße oder Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen sind gut zu hören. Zum Teil waren die elektronischen Geräte, wie Spülmaschine oder Fernseher nicht wirklich funktionsfähig, allerdings wurde sich nach einer Rückmeldung sofort und schnell darum gekümmert.
Generell kann man sagen, dass der Kundenservice sehr hilfsbereit war und man auch im Vorfeld viele Tipps über die Stadt bekommen hat.

Bij aankomst stond er een klein welkomstpakket met verschillende miniproducten, koffie, thee, zout, suiker,. dus konden we meteen even relaxen met een kop koffie. De metroverbinding ligt werkelijk om de hoek , dit is echt gemakkelijk om overal te geraken.
Kleine en grotere winkels direct in de buurt om de basis zaken in huis te halen.

Great location… metro across the road and bus stop less than 2 min walk and a little supermarket opposite apartment. Apartment was great and fully equipped although no oven but has microwave and electric stove. Cute little balcony bit. Roof terrace was nice to chill on and see sunset. Host really responsive and communicable. Very clean. Street noise heard at night but bareable.

Nice apartment, I had an issue with the virtual key card however this was sorted promptly. Would recommend this apartment as it’s in a good location and it’s close to restaurants and the metro station making it easy to get to and from the apartment.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 6 nuits dans cet appartement, qui s'est globalement bien passé, mais voici nos impressions :
Les points positifs : l'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la station de métro Paral.lel (lignes 2 et 3) et avec de nombreux commerces de proximité. La rue de Blai est tout proche et offre de nombreux bars à tapas très agréables et authentiques. La literie est confortable (nous avons dormi dans la chambre de 4 personnes, nous n'avons pas testé les autres chambres) les matelas semblent récents et système de clés numériques est parfait pour avoir son indépendance, chaque voyageur peut avoir sa propre clé.
Les points négatifs : Il n'y avait pas de produits de base comme : sel, poivre, huile, café. Dernière chose à savoir : le voisinage peut être assez bruyant, si vous avez le sommeil léger prévoyez des boules quies.
En résumé, nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour, mais nous pensons que pour ce prix des améliorations pourraient être faites, pour les prochains voyageurs. :))

Eine super lage nahe für öv und auch gleich den skatespot parallel ums eck, kleiner food laden direkt vor haustüre und eine bar auch gleich in der nähe was will man mehr. Werde auf jedenfall wieder in dieses airbnb gehen!!! :D

The apartment is great. My guests loved it and wants to book it for their next visit. I was tavellinv with my parents and other relatives. Especially that it is fully equiped such as kitchen, washine machine just the essential required while on holidays. However we couldnt found an iron. The location is even better and easy to get here and there.
The apartment felt like being at home.
