This 3-bedroom apartment is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Horta-Guinardó. It is found in a pedestrian zone and has the excellent convenience of being right in front of the Nuevo Mercado del Guinardó. With Internet access available and good public transport connections, it is the ideal option for students or those interested in spending a few months in the lively city of Barcelona....
The living room has natural light thanks to the windows. Here you will find a sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table. Additionally, there is a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.
The property has 3 bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.
The location of this property is particularly impressive as it is situated on a quiet pedestrian street, and is in close proximity to many useful services, including the supermarket (Carrefour), public parking and the Hospital de Sant Pau just 500 meters from the apartment. From here, you are also a short walk from various parks, including Parc del Guinardó, which offers incredible views of the city. Furthermore, thanks to the countless bus lines surrounding the property and the metro station being just 300 metres away, you can also explore the city centre with ease.

A big apartment for big families, there is everything you need and I felt like I was in my own home, very comfortable and near to Sagrada Familia, just 10min walking or 1 stop with the metro which is right in front of the apartment!

The location of this apartment is perfect, so close to everything.
There were 5 of us staying & thought two of the three rooms were very small, they were fine for a short stay. It had all the amenities we needed and the two bathrooms were convenient.
The handle on one of the bathrooms came loose and we reported it straight away & they offered to come and fix it.
Overall it was a very positive experience and we would stay there again!

The apartment was impeccable! Everything was very beautiful and organized. The apartment was as described, pretty basic and small rooms but did the job. Furniture was very minimal with some of the rooms only containing beds and nowhere to store your clothes or belongings. Location was good and there’s a nice brunch place and metro right outside the building. Host was responsive throughout.

1. Good Apartment: The AB apart. made booking a breeze. It was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information, making the whole process smooth and efficient. Clear, with everything you might need.
2. Great Location: The location of this Airbnb was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation (L2 Metro station is just in the front of the building) making it easy to explore the city. Lokal store and fatmacu are close to thw aparment.

though the building itself was letting noise through early, earplugs were provided for sleep.

Generell kann ich sagen, dass das Airbnb für eine Gruppe von Freunden, die ein paar Tage in Barcelona verbringen wollen, gut ist. Man kommt gut überall hin und es ist alles sauber. Für einen nicht all zu langen Aufenthalt, ist die Location gut geeignet. Die Metro Station ist wirklich direkt vor der Haustür und einen kleinen supermecat gibt es auch. Aber alles in allem ein gutes Airbnb!

I don’t think I could of picked a better place to stay at. first of all the place was perfectly clean, very nice, comfortable beds, everything you could hope for out of an airbnb. the place is right in front of the metro which is soooo easy to use. I don’t speak much spanish and I had a very easy time getting around using that. 10 minute walk to the sagrada familia, i have it memorized. it’s right above a tapas place and their breakfast was amazing, best smoothie i’ve ever had i swear (very fresh). However the apartment is on a very busy road so if you prefer quiet you should keep that in mind. Even with that, there aren’t enough good things I could say about this place, thank you so much eva&jack!

Second time in my entire life to give 5 stars for every aspect. The house was sparkling clean, when we arrived I noticed they even left us a pouch with laundry detergent for 1 wash (it was extremely helpful as for 1 week of staying there I had a couple items to wash for the kids). They already left us enough dishwashing liquid for a week and a sponge for the dishes, which I usually had to get myself. The view was spectacular. The location also quite outstanding, the metro was right outside the door of the building, and the tapas bar downstairs was the best place to have brunch every single morning, and tapas on the last night in barcelona. The room on the end was indeed a bit noisy, but the good kind of calming street noise, after walking 16 km/day and visiting Barcelona all day, falling asleep with the background noise was not a problem at all. The walls are indeed a bit thinner, but if you're not a loud, obnoxious neighbour that wants to throw parties every night it's not a problem at all. The water pressure was great, the 4 of us could comfortably take a long shower each in the evening and the hot water wouldn't run out. The online check in was GREAT and very easy to use and the digital keycard on our phones was perfect, as I didn't worry for the kids, knowing they had the key on them at all times and wouldn't lose it. The second there was a problem for someone whose phone key didn't work, they sent a message to the whole building asking if we had problems too. When I told them that yeah, somtimes it took a couple tries or a phone worked and one didn't, they immediately sent us a physical card to solve the problem. Very quick to respond and solve our inconvenience, even when we just didn't know how to start the thermostat to turn up the heat, they immediately took the time to help us.

Unfortunately I couldn’t be at the apartment but I made all the arrangements for my friends that were there. They enjoyed a lot. Eva and jack were always very nice throughout the process of booking, check in and check out. I recommend ;)

My friends and I had a pleasant stay in Eva&Jack’s place. The apartament looks same as on the photos - it is a little old but well equipped. Communcation with the host was very fast. Digital keys to the flat are a nice option. Overall a good experience.

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Metro und nahe der Sagrada Familia.
Busbahnhof für Flughafen Transfer ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Kleiner Supermarkt direkt im Häuserblock und ein Lidl nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Barcelona selbst bietet für Fans von Architektur und moderner Kunst ein großes Spektrum an Ausflugszielen.
Wer das passende Kleingeld hat kann auf den Ramblas ausgiebig shopping betreiben.
Oft lohnt es sich nach alternativen Transportmitteln Ausschau zu halten. Wie zum Beispiel der Besuch der verschiedenen Aussichtspunkte auf den Bergen ringsum Barcelona. Diese sind fast alle mit dem Bus erreichbar und man braucht keine extra Kosten für Seilbahnen oder spezielle Straßenbahnen ausgeben.
Jedem empfehlen können wir die "Hola BCN!" Karte der Öpnv.

Die Matratzen im Appartement waren für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr weich und der Verkehrslärm etwas laut aber beides ertragbar.
Der herrschende Geruch in U-Bahn und auf öffentlichen Plätzen ist teilweise sehr stark.

Wir hätten uns sehr über eine richtige Kaffeemaschine gefreut oder wenigstens über einen Handfilter. Und leider war die Küche sehr dunkel und das zweite Badezimmer sehr, sehr eng. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben uns alle richtig wohl gefühlt. Durch die 2 Bäder gab es genügend Platz und kein Streit am Morgen. Die Metro liegt direkt am Gebäude und daher war alles schnell erreichbar.
