Questo splendido appartamento è ubicato in una zona centrale a pochissima distanza da Plaça Catalunya e le famose Ramblas nel meraviglioso quartiere di Eixample. Questo gradevole appartamento dispone di due camere da letto e un divano letto può quindi ospitare comodamente cinque persone. L'Eixample, termine catalano che significa estensione, non è altro che l'ampliamento della città vecchia ed è oggi uno dei quartieri più popolati di Barcellona. L'Eixample fu progettato dall'architetto catalano Ildefons Cerdà che per la stesura della nuova area cittadina studiò, tra le tante variabili, anche i flussi di traffico e la luce del sole....
L'Eixample è caratterizzato da blocchi ottagonali e uno schema a griglia con strade larghe e zone sia commerciali che residenziali. Il quartiere è diviso in due parti, Eixample Esquerra (sinistra o, in spagnolo, Izquierda) e Eixample Dreta (destra o, in spagnolo, Derecha), e ospita una delle strade più famose di Barcellona: Passeig de Gràcia, elegante viale famoso per i suoi negozi di alta moda e i ristoranti di lusso.
La strada si interseca con Avinguda Diagonal, lungo viale che attraversa tutta la città.
L'Eixample Derecho ospita molti capolavori del modernismo catalano come l'esclusiva Casa Milà (la Pedrera), la colorata Casa Batlló e l'imponente Sagrada Familia, il capolavoro incompiuto di Gaudí. The apartment was really nice! Everything you needed was provided and the communication was fast and easy, like the check-in and out processes. The street is quite loud during the night but for me personally it was not bothering at all, might be for E-Mail I’ve sleepers perhaps. All in all, i recommend!

Our group of 5, stayed at AB Apartment Barcelona for 5 nights in Barcelona, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice.
The location is unbeatable: right across from the Monumental Bullfighting Stadium and just 10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Plus, there’s a metro station right in front of the building, making it easy to travel around without stress.
One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, where we had access to breathtaking views of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Communication with the hosts was exceptional. They allowed us to store our luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out, which made our arrival and departure much smoother.
While we mainly used the apartment to sleep and store our luggage, it was the ideal base for our trip. The space was comfortable and conveniently located, giving us a chance to recharge for the next day’s adventures.I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr schön und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Durch die Straße direkt vor der Tür kann es zeitweise etwas laut werden, besonders zu Stoßzeiten. Das hat uns jedoch nicht allzu sehr gestört und die positiven Aspekte der Wohnung überwiegen definitiv.

Had an enjoyable stay at AB, check in was easy with digital keys and communications were clear via message. The apartment is in a good location for the Sagrada and has a metro 10 seconds from the apartment.
The beds were relatively comfortable and there was enough space in the apartment to not feel entirely cramped.

Fijn verblijf, alles netjes, rustige omgeving en een metrostation voor de deur waarvandaan je heel makkelijk de rest van de stad kon bereiken. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was ook ideaal met een uitzicht van la sagrada familia tot de zee. Op de bovenste verdieping dus weinig geluid vanaf de straat, maar konden niet met 6 man in de lift dus soms even traplopen. Verder mooi ruim appartement met goeie ligging.

Tak for en skøn ferie i Barcelona!
Vi var to voksne og fire teenagere i lejligheden i en uge. Lejligheden er perfekt indrettet, når man har børn med. Der er to badeværelser, hvilket var så fint, når vi var mange. Vi lavede brunch i lejligheden, hvor vi købte ind i Lidl bare 300m væk.
Metrostation lige uden for lejligheden og La Sagrada Familia kirken ligger meget tæt på - kun ét stop.
Stranden ligger kun 25-30 min gang fra lejligheden, men kan nåes på 6-10 min via direkte buslinje til Barceloneta.

Wir hatten das Apartment im 6ten Stock und hatten eine schöne Sicht auf die Sagrada Familia. Auf der Dachterasse war die Sicht nochmal einiges besser und liegen zum sonnen gibt es auch. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist durch den digitalen Schlüssel per App sehr bequem gewesen (geht auch mit normalen Schlüssel). 10/10 would recommend

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.
Metrem można wszędzie się dostać w 15 minut, 5 minut spacerkiem do Sagrada Familia.
W okolicy sporo barów tapas.
Na zdjęciach jednak, apartament wygląda nieco inaczej niż na żywo, oraz na nieco większy. Pomijając to było bardzo fajnie.
W dniu wymeldowania była również możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania.
Za to również duży plusik.

A chave digital nao funcionou, chegamos de noite, linha de apoio tentou durante algum tempo resolver o problema. Ao fim de algum tempo enviaram alguém para abrir a porta que chegou rápido, foi simpático e prestável. No dia seguinte contactei os serviços e enviaram rapidamente chaves em cartão.
Espaço e condiçoes perfeitas para até 6 pessoas, limpo, localização excelente, linha de metro na rua, sagrada familia a 5 ms, comércio, zona segura, boa relação qualidade preço.
O barulho da rua ouve-se muito, mesmo no 6º andar.
Fui contactada várias vezes para saber se estava a tudo a correr bem.
Voltaria a ficar aqui.

Mi è piaciuto trovare il kit di cortesia in dotazione per la cucina oltre a quello per il bagno.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno però, essendo il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti per 5 persone, avrei preferito avere il kit di cortesia per ogni persona (non solo 2 per il totale dei partecipanti e delle notti) .

Comfortable apartment for 5 people with all the necessary amenities. We stayed for 4 nights in April 2022 and this place was great for a family of 2 parents and 3 teenagers. Each had her own single bed and the 2 baths made it easy to organize, plenty of hot water for everyone. The place is small in American standards but may be typical for a European city. The beds are all single beds as described (6 of them) and fairly comfortable.
The neighborhood is nice but somewhat remote from the main sites, plan on a 10 min walk to Sagreda Familia but at least 20 minutes anywhere else. The miles will rack up quickly. The metro is right under the apartment. To and from the airport you will need 2 changes. With the cost of metro (2.40 per unless you get 10 pack or pass), it was easier, and similar price (for 5) to use a taxi when we did not want to walk - no uber in Barcelona but you can download a similar app for taxis and prices are good. We could get the 5 of us almost anywhere for 12-15E.
Amenities in the apartment are great - kitchen is equipped, we only used the fridge, toaster and kettle. Supplies are just starter supplies so plan on stocking up in the market downstairs - open late and on Sunday. The washer is compact size so maybe 1/2 normal European load and 1/5 American, and no drier - there is a laundry indoor rack. TV has cable but no smart functions. Heating was used one night and takes a while to kick on but did a good job heating the place. Wifi was very good.
Elevator is small but functional, Key system on app worked fine for us - note each person needing a key will need to install an app and check in with their email.
Host was responsive and helpful through airbnb messaging, never talked to anyone in person or on the phone. This is convenient if you like it this way. Check in was convenient but required detailed passport info of all occupants (a Spain requirement), and paying the city tax separately.
Overall, pleasant and functional place.

Location was the key for this stay! Our son is studying in Barcelona for the semester and we were only 4 blocks away. Right across from an old bull ring and a straight shot to waterfront, this apartment met all our needs. Communication was great with Eva & Jack and the few times we needed assistance, they responded and met our needs right away. Well worth it and maybe someday, we will return to Spain!!!
