Appartamento con due camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato con spazio per un massimo di quattro persone, situato nel centrale quartiere dell´Eixample. Con connessione WiFi e aria condizionata disponibili, è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno a Barcellona....
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie, piano cottura in vetroceramica, microonde, macchina da caffè, tostapane e bollitore, oltre ad altri utensili che potrebbero servirti durante il soggiorno. Accanto alla cucina, troverai un tavolo da pranzo con sedie, per goderti i pasti fatti in casa. C´è anche una lavatrice per maggiore comodità.
Il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano e di una TV. Da questa zona dell´appartamento si ha accesso diretto al balcone, che lascia entrare molta luce naturale.
Ogni camera da letto dispone di due letti singoli e di ampio spazio per riporre i propri effetti personali. Inoltre, c’è un bagno completo con doccia e WC.
Essere situati nel quartiere dell´Eixample è perfetto se desideri essere vicino ad alcuni dei luoghi più emblematici della città. Per una giornata di shopping e turismo, Plaça d´Espanya dista solo 12 minuti a piedi, dove si trova il Centro Commerciale Arenas, pieno di ristoranti e negozi. Plaza Catalunya, che si trova a 20 minuti a piedi, dà accesso a Las Ramblas e al Passeig de Gràcia. Per fare la spesa, troverai il Mercato di Sant Antoni a soli 8 minuti a piedi dall´appartamento.

Eixample è la parola catalana per definire un'estensione e non è altro che l'ampliamento della città vecchia di Barcellona. L'Eixample venne progettato da Ildefons Cerdà, un visionario urbanista catalano che studiò i flussi di traffico e la luce solare, tra le tante cose, per progettare il nuovo quartiere....
L'Eixample si caratterizza per i suoi blocchi ottagonali ed il suo schema a griglia con strade larghe e zone sia commerciali che residenziali. Il quartiere è diviso in due parti: Eixample Esquerra (sinistra o, in spagnolo, Izquierda) ed Eixample Dreta (destra, o in spagnolo, Derecha). Entrambi ospitano residenze, ottimi ristoranti e negozi.
L'Eixample Izquierdo è delimitato da Passeig de Gràcia , un paradiso per lo shopping, e Plaça d'Espanya ed è anche vicino alla Fontana Magica di Montjuïc e al più grande centro congressi di Barcellona. Nella zona si trova anche il Parc de Joan Miró, un parco dedicato all'artista catalano che ospita la sua scultura simbolo, 'Dona i ocell' (Donna e uccello) e il centro commerciale Arenas, un edificio ricavato da un'ex arena per corride.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo controllato l'appartamento, abbiamo segnalato un buco esistente nel muro sx all'entrata, e una presa della corrente non sicura nel bagno piccolo.
L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, confortevole, curato e ben fornito.

The apartment is really awesome. Super nice and comfortable. Super well-priced considering the excellent location. It has everything you need to stay comfortable. I spent a week while working remotely. The internet is excellent. The natural light and fresh air enter the house super early. It’s really nice and I strong recommend this location to spend amazing days in Barcelona. Close to many cool bars and restaurantes. Close to a gym for those interested in keep training. Many speciality cafeterías around.

Beautiful bright apartment located in the Poble Sec area with a number of nice restaurants right outside the door. If you're a good walker you can do all the sights from here by foot, however, to reach some of the more distant tourist attractions, like Parc Güell for example, the metro station is a mere 3min walk away and the subway takes you right into the center of town or further up to Gracia in just a couple of stops.
The apartment was spotless upon arrival, all necessary utilities provided, and communication regarding any booking related matters was very fast, friendly and professional.
I especially loved how much light the apartment gets through the large windows as well as the many small balconies, typical for Barcelona, which extend along two sides of the loft.
Overall great value for money, although we stayed during the week and I noticed prices go up quite a bit on the weekend but that's just Barcelona being a very touristy city and rates rise according to demand. Definitely recommend staying here!

This loft was amazing! So much natural light, stone walls and modern finishes. It was exactly as described and very clean. The hosts did well in terms of welcoming us and providing a nice starter kit for amenities and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, a block away from Barcelona’s hidden tapas street (Carrer de Blai).

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything needed to make your stay pleasurable. The only downfall is location to pick up the keys & drop off. Very inconvenient when you have luggages with you and no car rental.

Das Appartment war wunderschön und wirklich sehr modern eingerichtet !Insbesondere die Wände aus Stein waren ein Highlight! Die Lage des Appartement ist absolut empfehlenswert,da man zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit sowohl am Hafen,als auch auf der Ramblas ist.Außerdem befinden sich in der Nähe genügend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder essen gehen. In die Stadt haben wir uns verliebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und eines Ihrer Appartements buchen!Vielen Dank für alles liebes AB-Team!

Der Boiler für das warme Wasser war nicht in der Steckdose - dies wäre vielleicht sinnvoll den Kunden zuvor mitzuteilen (da man ansonsten abends unter der Dusche steht und sich wundert,warum das Wasser nicht warm wird).Ansonsten gibt es absolut keine Kritikpunkte

Clean and modern open plan apartment, in a good location close to Montjuic and the lively carrer blai at the top of the street with lots of pincho/montadito food bars to choose from. Would recommend this place to any friends and family visiting Barcelona and would definitely return.

Wunderschönes Apartment, tolle Gestaltung, alles in sehr geschmackvollem und dezentem Design. Großzügige Raumaufteilung, Küche komplett und praktisch eingerichtet. Bett und Bettwäsche/Decke entspricht nicht ganz der Qualität und dem Standard der Wohnung....Lage ist super, viele Bars und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte um die Ecke. Zum morgendlichen Joggen viele Parks und der Montjuic gleich die Straße hinauf. Tolle erholsame und grüne Gegend, Stadt in Gehentfernung, viele Ubahnmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn wir wiederkommen, dann nur in diese wundervolle Wohnung!!!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 10 days. Definitely we would come again and are very satisfied with the rental! The apartment is nicely decorated and in an excellent condition. Location is perfect: there are lots of small street restaurants just a block away, metro stations 10 minutes walk and Montjucic close by. A small detail: there is a dishwasher in the apartment, what is not mentioned in the website!

O apartamento fica em um local super acessível, perto do metrô (Paral-lel). A rua que corta a Carrer Tapioles logo abaixo do apartamento é fechada, com várias opções de bares e restaurantes. Em frente há um mercadinho, e outros dois logo abaixo na mesma rua. A avenida Paral-lel, que fica a um quarteirão, tem também várias opções de bares e restaurantes, além de um supermercado de médio porte. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, com elevador. Muito charmoso, com seis sacadas com vista para a rua e para o Montjüic. Uma delícia!!! As paredes do ap são de pedra, o que dá um toque todo especial ao imóvel. As portas de vidro vedam qualquer barulho da rua. Cozinhamos sem qualquer problema, e a lava-louças funcionou direitinho todas as vezes. Os vizinhos são super discretos, e não tivemos qualquer problema. Fizemos o percurso até a La Rambla a pé, passando pelo bairro El Raval, e a distância foi percorrida com tranquilidade. Também fomos a pé ao Montjüic com facilidade. A estada realmente foi muito agradável, e com certeza repetirei a dose (se o preço for convidativo).

O preço ficou um pouco salgado, mas muito em razão da cotação do Euro. Tivemos também um pequeno problema com entupimento na suíte, que parece ser recorrente em apartamentos da Europa. Já passei por isso em outros aps que estive. Fora isso, nota 10!

The apartment was in a good building and a quiet and handy location. A beautifully renovated and spacious apartment with modern facilities. It provided all the amenity we needed for our 13 night stay - good cooking facilities and comfortable living. The Nespresso machine was much appreciated.

The apartment was exactly as described on the web site. Clean, spatious, fully equiped, well located. This is really a nice and comfortable apartment. The six balconies are all equiped with insonorized doors that allowed us to sleep well, even if the outside was a bit noisy in the morning. We are really satisfied and we will recommend this apartment to our friends.

First of all, Giacomo provided outstanding services (recuperation of lost luggage and generally assisting). The other staff that we dealt with went out of their way to help with issues (restaurant recommendations and the Barcelona tour guides). The apartment was well-designed, open, airy, had great natural light.

Unlike most rentals, staff do not meet you at the apartment -- have to pick up key at company office. The apartment did not have a comfortable seating area. Nor did it have some of the basics (cleaning products, dish towels, paper towels) that high-end, short-term rental apartments normally provide.
