L´appartamento dispone di tre camere da letto e può comodamente ospitare cinque persone. C´è un delizioso salotto completo di TV, ideale per rilassarsi, oltre ad un balcone, ideale per prendere un po´ di sole spagnolo. C´è anche una cucina totalmente attrezzata che vi permette di preparare i vostri piatti casalinghi. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono inclusi, oltre ad aria condizionata e riscaldamento, che garantiscono un soggiorno confortevole.

Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko metra, w pobliżu wiele barów i restauracji. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżka (materace). Świetnie, że była winda, ponieważ do naszego apartamentu prowadziło 140 schodów. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Na dole jest sklep z pysznym pieczywem. Sklepy spożywcze i warzywne bardzo blisko. Generalnie jest to bardzo przyjemne miejsce, warte swojej ceny.

L'Eixample, termine catalano che significa estensione, non è altro che l'ampliamento della città vecchia ed è oggi uno dei quartieri più popolati di Barcellona. L'Eixample fu progettato dall'architetto catalano Ildefons Cerdà che per la stesura della nuova area cittadina studiò, tra le tante variabili, anche i flussi di traffico e la luce del sole....
L'Eixample è caratterizzato da blocchi ottagonali e uno schema a griglia con strade larghe e zone sia commerciali che residenziali. Il quartiere è diviso in due parti, Eixample Esquerra (sinistra o, in spagnolo, Izquierda) e Eixample Dreta (destra o, in spagnolo, Derecha), e ospita una delle strade più famose di Barcellona: Passeig de Gràcia, elegante viale famoso per i suoi negozi di alta moda e i ristoranti di lusso.
La strada si interseca con Avinguda Diagonal, lungo viale che attraversa tutta la città.
L'Eixample Derecho ospita molti capolavori del modernismo catalano come l'esclusiva Casa Milà (la Pedrera), la colorata Casa Batlló e l'imponente Sagrada Familia, il capolavoro incompiuto di Gaudí. Das Beste daran war die Lage, die ausgezeichnet war, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es liegt 30 Minuten vom Meer entfernt und mit dem Bus oder der U-Bahn erreichen Sie Campo Nou, die Sagrada Familia und viele andere interessante Orte in etwa 20 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es einen Aldi Lidl zum Einkaufen und auch gute Restaurants, wo man zu dritt für 40 Euro essen kann. Die Wohnung war auch schön und sauber.

Città molto bella, ricordate di prenotare i monumenti principali, non sempre si trova posto. La prossima volta faremo sicuramente un giro sulla funivia che dalla zona porto Barcelloneta sorvola la costa della città e va verso il Montjuic.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Barcelona in dit mooi, goed verzorgd én rustig appartement.
Van daaruit makkelijk onze uitstapjes kunnen doen. Aanvankelijk kregen we met onze digitale code de voordeur niet open. Maar binnen 10 minuten was alles opgelost. Heel fijn!
Alles was netjes schoon en goed verzorgd. Zowel de bedden, de keuken en badkamer.
Kortom zeer geslaagd en zeker een come-back waard!

We found the apartment very comfortable. We liked the location: A relatively quiet area but still close to plaza de España and plaza de Catalunya. Many grocery shops in the area and the restaurants were relatively cheap. It was great that there was a welcoming package with tea/coffee/olive oil/dishwasher cubes. We very much appreciated that.
If you intend to just sleep there and be out and about during the day it's the perfect spot. Beds are very comfortable and you don't hear the traffic at all. We were there in winter and we found that the heating worked really well.
Contact through with the owner was efficient, professional and quick. The electronic key worked very well.
