L'Eixample, termine catalano che significa estensione, non è altro che l'ampliamento della città vecchia ed è oggi uno dei quartieri più popolati di Barcellona. L'Eixample fu progettato dall'architetto catalano Ildefons Cerdà che per la stesura della nuova area cittadina studiò, tra le tante variabili, anche i flussi di traffico e la luce del sole....
L'Eixample è caratterizzato da blocchi ottagonali e uno schema a griglia con strade larghe e zone sia commerciali che residenziali. Il quartiere è diviso in due parti, Eixample Esquerra (sinistra o, in spagnolo, Izquierda) e Eixample Dreta (destra o, in spagnolo, Derecha), e ospita una delle strade più famose di Barcellona: Passeig de Gràcia, elegante viale famoso per i suoi negozi di alta moda e i ristoranti di lusso.
La strada si interseca con Avinguda Diagonal, lungo viale che attraversa tutta la città.
L'Eixample Derecho ospita molti capolavori del modernismo catalano come l'esclusiva Casa Milà (la Pedrera), la colorata Casa Batlló e l'imponente Sagrada Familia, il capolavoro incompiuto di Gaudí. Appartement bien situé, proche des stations de metro et de bus, calme mais un peu sombre. La literie est très confortable. La salle d'eau n'a pas d'aération ce qui la rend humide. Un point d'amélioration concerne la cuisine qui manque de vaisselle et de torchon. 5 assiettes sont insuffisantes pour pouvoir utiliser le lave vaisselle.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est relativement bien situé, à l'écart des touristes mais les points de visite sont facilement accessibles à pied ou avec les transports en commun. La communication a été facile et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes avec la clé digitale, qui était un point remonté dans les avis. L'appartement est spacieux, très calme, mais un peu sombre. Les équipements de la cuisine sont assez limités et il serait bien de prévoir plus de vaisselle et de produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre etc.), ainsi qu'un torchon. Nous n'avons jamais fait tourné le lave-vaisselle en raison du manque de vaisselle (et également du manque de pastilles!).

Das Apartment liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend von Barcelona, umgeben von vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der kleine Balkon geht zum Innenhof raus, tagsüber ist es recht laut, aber abends angenehm ruhig. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, aber wenn man nicht groß kochen möchte, reicht es aus. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern liegt einwandfrei und auf Rückfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

部屋の鍵は、スマートフォンのアプリに対応していたので、大変便利だった。
掃除も綺麗にされており、設備も十分だ。
Airbnbで最も困るのが、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物の置き場だが、オーナーから、一時預かり場所を探せるサービスや、空港までの送迎サービス、周辺観光ガイドなどの紹介があった。最終日は、レイトチェックアウトに対応してくれた。とても親切なオーナーであった。

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage war ein Traum, wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs und die Gegend war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung war auch super. Die Kommunikation war 1A. Komme immer wieder gerne. War auf jeden fall eines der besten Aufenthalte die ich mit Airbnb gebucht habe.

We had a great time in Barcelona and the place was amazing - close to the subway, with many cafes and restaurants in the are, and shops in a walking distance. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we’ve needed. Highly recommended!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Apartment was in great location, near metro and everything was clean and every basic equipment (towels, shampoo, laundry detergent,...) was available.
Only negative was the self checkin process.
Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this apartment.
