Questo splendido monolocale a Barcellona è ubicato in una posizione invidiabile: a due passi dal mare e dal centro della città. La zona è una delle più vivaci della città grazie ai numerosi ristoranti e ai chiringuitos sulla spiaggia....
L´appartamento si caratterizza per lo stile ricercato e per i particolari di pregio. L´elegante pavimento in parquet e i mobili in legno intarsiato danno all´ambiente un tocco lussuoso e aggraziato. Anche il bagno e le camere sono decorati con buon gusto. La casa è provvista di ogni confort: televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, connessione a internet e molto altro ancora.
La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per farvi preparare i vostri piatti preferiti.
L´alloggio dispone anche di un piccolo balcone.

La Barceloneta è un grazioso rione nel quartiere della Ciutat Vella ubicato dove un tempo si trovava l'isola di Maians. Il borgo è conosciuto per le sue spiagge così come per i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti di pesce. Il centro città è a poca distanza dal porto antico di Barcellona, camminando per pochi minuti o con una breve corsa in metropolitana potrai raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città....
La Barceloneta venne costruita per i residenti della Ribera (la riva) sfrattati dai lavori per la costruzione della fortezza della Ciutadella (oggi Parc de la Ciutadella) eretta nel XVIII secolo durante il regno di Felipe V. Da allora, con lo sviluppo del Port Vell e del Port Olímpic, la zona è diventata molto più bella a beneficio di turisti e residenti. L'Acquario di Barcellona ed il cinema IMAX si trovano nelle vicinanze così come il grande centro commerciale Maremagnum e un discreto numero di locali notturni, prettamente bar storici. Camminando lungo il Passeig de Colom partendo da Barceloneta potrai facilmente raggiungere la Rambla.

One of the shower head brackets is loose and kept falling off then you increased the pressure.
The dishwasher doesn’t have any decals so you don’t know which button does what. Other than that the place is great

Very nice apartment on a very nice avenue, 1 minute's walk from 2 metro lines and there are charming places close. Not all the rooms that big, but there is a really nice living room and kitchen with a great view of the hills.

Great stay for large groups, we had a fantastic 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious however the two interior rooms did not have natural daylight when all the doors were closed (not a problem for us). Kitchen well equipped however an oven would be a nice addition. Apartment is very well-situated one minute from shops, bars and the metro. Would love to stay here again.

Great apartment with plenty of beds, 2 clean bathrooms and nice location. The beds were comfy, the AC works perfectly and there are a couple of small balconies to take your morning coffee outside. The apartment works great. We used keys through an app which worked without any problems.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec une excellente localisation (a 5-10 minutes à pied des ramblas).
Plusieurs commerces à proximité, restaurants, etc ce qui rend le séjour plus facile et agréable.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous étions 7, assez d’espace pour chacune. L’appartement est super bien placé. La station de métro était juste en bas. L’appartement est très pratique car bien situé et cela permet de séjourner à Barcelone sans voiture.

The apartment was great!
It has an amazing location and the price for the apartment was really worth it. The host was always available for any problem and spoke fluent Spanish and English. The only problem we had was that the heating didn’t work but it was just for a problem of the whole building in that week, and either way they came to try and fix it.
Overall the stay was splendid and so was the customer service.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es ist gut das ein Aufzug existiert, weil wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten. Die Straßr ist sehr laut, es wäre besser gewesen wenn die Fenster nicht so viel Lärm erlauben würden. Die Küche ist schön groß und es gibt genug Stühle. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr gut und die Waschmaschine mit der Wäscheleine helfen auch.

Kitchen/chill out area and balcony was the highlight of our trip, loved having tea and snacks, rum and playing cards, and if we had more time we would have been able to make some great food with the very well equipped kitchen. A real home away from home.

Wir waren alle mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage war super, trotz der Hauptstraße direkt am Fenster, war es nicht laut und man könnte gut schlafen.
Im großen und ganzen kann ich das Apartment wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Nos encantó el concepto de este apartamento. Vinimos 5 amigos con las parejas y nos encantó tener una habitación independiente cada pareja. Es perfecto para visitar la ciudad, está a 5 minutos andando de Las Ramblas!

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and we were very happy in it. The TVs in every room were great for when we were getting ready to go out and the kitchen had everything for a big lunch for all of us at home. The beds were really comfortable as well. We would certainly stay here again.
