This three-bedroom apartment is found in the Eixample district, with space for up to 5 people. With WiFi and air conditioning it offers all you need for a wonderful break in Barcelona....
The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the window, and has a sleek, modern design. You have the sofa & television to use to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Next to this space, you will find the dining table & chairs to use for meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen for you and your guests to use. Here you can find a toaster, blender, and coffee machine, as well as an oven, hob and microwave to cook dinner with your guests.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright thanks to the window, and it also has a desk area and wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is spacious with lots of natural light too. Both beds can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with a shower and another one with a toilet and sink.
Being located in Eixample offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For some sightseeing, you are just 2-minute´s walk from the old bull ring of La Monumental, and just 8-minute´s walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8-minute´s by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to the Plaça Catalunya, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

This apartment was incredible. So thankful they book 1 night stays because my family and I missed our flight back home & needed a place to stay last minute. We were only there 1 night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very big apartment, comfortable, clean, functional, elevator, good wifi, windows open for fresh air, balcony’s so nice, BEDS SO COMFORTABLE! Communication with host was fast and easy! The location is excellent and the metro is literally right downstairs. This place is perfect for a family/friend group!

Wir haben das Apartment für einen Messeaufenthalt unseres internationalen Sales Teams gebucht - und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral. Metro-Station ist direkt vor der Haustür. Aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Mietfahrrad (empfohlen!) sind alle Punkte in Barcelona bequem und schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat Loft-Charakter. Modern in altem Gebäude. Zur Hauptstraße hin zwei kleine, pitoreske Balkone. Nach hinten Balkon und Fenster zu einem typischen Innenhof.
In Laufweite Unmengen kleiner Tapasbars, Reataurants und Kneipen. Im Gegensatz zur nahegelegenen Oldtown und La Rambla ist dieses Viertel sicherlich weniger touristisch.
Hafen und Strand ebenfalls in Lauf-, Fahrrad-, bzw. Metro-Reichweite. Taxi sowieso.
Messe Gelände Fira Gran Via ist hervorragend und schnell erreichbar.
Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, dennoch klug und vollkommen aussreichend: AC, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, zwei Bäder, bequeme Betten.
Die vorzugweise volldigitalen Schlüssel (App) funktionieren wunderbar. Einzig die Email-Zuteilung an die verschiedenen Bewohner war ein wenig "eckig". Durch Nachtelefonieren konnte das geregelt werden.
Eva&Jack antworten blitzschnell, umfassend und sympatisch. Vorbildlich! Man fühlt sich jederzeit aufgehoben.
Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The beds were very comfy and the apartment was really clean. We loved the area and the location of the metro right outside was fab! The pack of little cleaning items was great too.

In the apartment, there were tiny little issues like no batteries in the clock, a remote control, a bulb didn’t work in the Bedroom lamps. These were no problem and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Amazing apartment for a group like ours. We were really pleased with our choice. The apartment was right next to a metro stop and we were walking to the beach quite often. Will definitely be back.
