Great Apartment, very professional company. Key card on your phone so everyone in your group can access the apartment. Clean and tidy with an amazing outdoor private terrace. Great location in a smaller side street just off the main road. Great communication from the management company with clear instructions.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very cozy, especially the living room with a pretty terrace useful for having a dinner outside with friends. Plenty of space for 4 people, in 5 could be a bit chaotic having just one bathroom. Good position, lot of taxi are passing by in the nearest ways. Metro is a bit far to reach by foot but it's doable with a 10 minutes walk. The app for automatic check-in and digital key is a very smart thing, I liked it a lot!

A flat located in an ideal location. Metro right around the corner allows quick transfer from the airport as well as the access makes it easier to move around the city. Beach nearby, a road a variety of promenade with numerous restaurants. Flat clean and spacious. A very climatic patio. The only minus is 1 bathroom, with a group of 5 people. Vår vistelse i Barcelona var kortvarig med endast två nätter men boendet var toppen! Väldigt rent, fräscht och välkomnande! Barnen var nöjda och även vi.
Endast 10 min till stranden och direkt utanför boendet finns massvis av cafeer, restauranger och matbutiker. Lite dåligt med "shopping", men pga värmen utforskade vi inte området så mkt förutom när vi gick till och från stranden samt åt ute på kvällen.

The apartment was really nice. Especially the small garden where we enjoyed breakfast and watched the birds. It was very easy to checkin with the digital key and AB Apartments was checking up to make sure that we were prepared. Also the door to the garden was difficult to lock. The place has a lovely patio and is located in a great area called Poblenou.
Surrounded by amazing cafés, restaurants, and shops, walking distance to the beach it is really well connected via metro and also in a safe street.
We stayed as 2 friends which was perfectly fine for the apartment.
Small sidenote, when opening the doors with the app - there is a small magic trick - first move the phone close and then away to open the doors - it took me some time to figure that one out, but it's super handy to have it! :-)

We (family of 5) enjoyed our stay at the AB Apartment. I believe some reviews we have read prior to our visit were a bit to harsh. The apartment is located in an older building in a great, quiet neighborhood. There are many different shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The metro station is in walking distance, but greatest of all, it is only a few minute walk to the beach. It is true, that the building walls are very thin and you can hear people entering the building or walking up an down the stairs, but since it is a smaller building, there aren't that many residents, so we could hear the "outside" happenings only a few times per day and rarely in the later hours or at night. There is some "wear and tear" in the apartment, but we generally enjoyed it. It is spacious enough, the beds were comfortable (we weren't using the upper part of the bunk bed), the terrace is cute and very private. Basic kitchen supplies, microwave, dish washer, oven, normal sized fridge - all there.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Gebäude liegt an der Nebenstraße, die nur sehr wenig befahren ist, daher ist sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Lage: Strand Bogatell ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie ausreichend Bäckerei und Supermarkts. Das Treppenhaus schaut ein wenig Retro aus, aber die Wohnung war renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Das WLAN war gratis und mit guter Geschwindigkeit. Das Bad war neu und funktional eingerichtet, es gab einen Fön und ausreichend Tücher vorhanden. Außerdem gab's in der Wohnung Waschmaschine und Wäscherständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, in der Küche war auch alles nötiges vorhanden inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Induktionsherd mit Backofen. Daher alles in allem ist die Wohnung für großen Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Die Terrasse war absoluter Highlight für Früstück oder späten Abendessen, wenn es nicht mehr so heiss draußen war. Klimaanlage in der Wohnung hat super funktioniert, war sehr angenehm. Auch elektronischer Türschlüssel war sehr praktisch und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist ca. 20 Autominuiten vom Flüghafen entfernt.

We couldn't beat being so close to the beach, a big grocery store, restaurants, a medical center (for Covid testing), etc. The only aspect a person should be aware of is that the birds can make a mess on the patio....just requires it to be hosed down. Will will be back! Loved it!

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Amazing location, great space, very clean and the terrace was the cherry on the top. I definitely recommend it. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, beach and yet very quiet!
