The living room provides a homely nook to enjoy some down-time. Its one bathroom is fitted with shower, toilet and shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of the utensils and appliances at your disposal to prepare homemade meals.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own charm. These rooms are comfortable and offer great space to relax.
The apartment is well located and close to some of the city’s most fabulous green spaces. The beautiful Montjüic, for example, is just a short walk away, with its castle and amazing grounds ready to explore. The apartment is also right next to Parc Joan Miro, which is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor morning stroll in the heart of the city.
In terms of leisure time, there is plenty to see and do next to the apartment. There are some fabulous markets, restaurants, coffee shops and diverse stores to browse in the area. In addition, you will be close to Sants Station and next to numerous metro and bus stops in the area.

يتميز حي إيشمبلا بمبانيه وبيوته ثمانية الأضلاع، شوارعه الواسعة التجارية والسكنية. الحي مقسم إلى جزئين إيشمبلا اليسرى واليمنى حيث يقع باسيتج دي غراسيا ، أشهر شوارع المدينة المعروفة بمحلاته التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي.
أما الجزء الأيسر من حي إيشمبلا فهو واقع بين باسيدج دي غراسيا وميدان إسبانيا حيث معرض المونتجويك والنافورة الساحرة. كما نجد في القطاع الأيسر حديقة جوان ميرو – الفنان الكتالاني المعروف- ويترأسها تمثال" المرأة والطير"، المركز التجاري أرينس Las Arenas الذي شيد في حلقة مصارعة الثيران القديمة.

Wonderful apartment, very well located near a main road, lots of restaurants, market and a metro stop. The view from the balcony of La Sagrada Familia was beautiful and definitely a highlight to sit outside with a glass of wine to enjoy the view. The host was very responsive and checked in on us.

The apartment is just perfect! Is has everything one can possibly need, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is outstanding, with the Sagrada Familia beaming at you. The communication with the host was impecable, we encountered a problem with the virtual keys and we received the key cards within 15 minutes after sharing the issue to our host. My friend and I were on a business trips for 12 nights and this apartment was the perfect location for us. The bedrooms were very spacious and as advertised but lacked a place to hand up clothes and this would have been very useful for us, but again we were satisfied.
The living area was good and had everything we needed - one slight disappointment was that the sofa on the advert did not match the sofa we were given, much smaller.
The bathroom/shower was very nice with plenty space again just like the bedrooms, the view from the balcony was amazing with decks chairs to sit out and enjoy the view.
The landlord was very responsive almost 24/7 which we really appreciated.
Overall very happy !!
