حي إيشمبلاEixample(الحي الكبير) واحد من الأحياء الشعبية ببرشلونة. تم تصميمه على يد خبير التخطيط إيدلفونس سردا، الذي أعتمد على تدفق الطرق وإستغلال ضوء الشمس في تخطيط وتوسيع المدينة.

يتميز حي إيشمبلا بمبانيه وبيوته ثمانية الأضلاع، شوارعه الواسعة التجارية والسكنية. الحي مقسم إلى جزئين إيشمبلا اليسرى واليمنى حيث يقع باسيتج دي غراسيا ، أشهر شوارع المدينة المعروفة بمحلاته التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي.
أما الجزء الأيسر من حي إيشمبلا فهو واقع بين باسيدج دي غراسيا وميدان إسبانيا حيث معرض المونتجويك والنافورة الساحرة. كما نجد في القطاع الأيسر حديقة جوان ميرو – الفنان الكتالاني المعروف- ويترأسها تمثال" المرأة والطير"، المركز التجاري أرينس Las Arenas الذي شيد في حلقة مصارعة الثيران القديمة.

My group of 4 enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. The location is perfect for getting around the city since there is a transit line right in front of the apartment!
The air conditioning unit was unclear how to work at times and kept adjusting its temperature, but AB was very responsive with helping us.
Also - major shoutout to Gigi’s Avon Tapas! They were great and very convenient for a quick bite or drink break during our stay. Definitely swing by when you book this place!

Great location! Walking distance to the Sagrada familia and literally over the entrance to the subway. The only problem as other guests have mentioned before is the check in with digital keys. The main bedroom is a little noisy but they provided ear plugs. The other 2 rooms have windows giving to an interior space between apartments that one could not leave them open. This is important for people who can’t stay in closed spaces. For us it was okay. There was a washing machine.

It was an amazing experience! The location is brilliant! 5 min walking to Sagrada Familia that you can see a bit from the balcony. 5 min ride by metro to ramble. Metro station is literally In front of an exit door. The apartment is clean. Beds are comfortable. We were welcomed with toilets and a small package of washing powder and soap for dishes, that was very helpful. Communication is fast and helpful, we had some misunderstood but it was solved very fast, I'm very grateful for that. This is a very good option for a week vacation in Barcelona.
