This apartment is located in Barceloneta and is situated just a few streets from the beach. This is area is marked by delicious seafood restaurants and fun bars. There is easy access to city center, either by walking or public transportation. You will also find close by all of Barcelona’s most popular beach clubs....
This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and a washing machine.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment uses butane gas for hot water and cooking. The building does not have city gas. To get spare bottles when butane gas runs out, there is a mobile service that runs a few days a week. Bottles cannot be purchased online.

شُيد الحي في الأصل على يد سكان منطقة الريبيرا Ribera الذين تم نقلهم هناك لبناء قلعة السيوتاديلا ( حاليًا حديقة السيوتاديلا) في القرن الثامن عشر.

The apartment is just perfect! Is has everything one can possibly need, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is outstanding, with the Sagrada Familia beaming at you. The communication with the host was impecable, we encountered a problem with the virtual keys and we received the key cards within 15 minutes after sharing the issue to our host. My friend and I were on a business trips for 12 nights and this apartment was the perfect location for us. The bedrooms were very spacious and as advertised but lacked a place to hand up clothes and this would have been very useful for us, but again we were satisfied.
The living area was good and had everything we needed - one slight disappointment was that the sofa on the advert did not match the sofa we were given, much smaller.
The bathroom/shower was very nice with plenty space again just like the bedrooms, the view from the balcony was amazing with decks chairs to sit out and enjoy the view.
The landlord was very responsive almost 24/7 which we really appreciated.
Overall very happy !!
