The living-dining room is open and has natural light thanks to the large windows that give access to the outdoor terrace. The room is cozy, with an exposed brick wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave as well as pots, pans and other utensils. There is also a small breakfast bar.
The bedroom is bright and has a double bed. In addition, it has enough storage space. From here, you can also go out and enjoy the private terrace. In the house there is also a full bathroom with shower and toilet.
Being located in Gràcia gives you the opportunity to live in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This picturesque neighborhood is known for its multitude of squares, restaurants and bars, and shops. In addition, with public transport you can move to the rest of the city.
