This 3-bedroom apartment has WiFi available and air conditioning in hot/cold mode, to make your stay in Barcelona even more relaxed. In addition, the apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022.
The living room is well furnished: the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. There is a balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with many utensils and appliances available.
There are 3 bedrooms, each complete with storage so you can make yourself at home. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms complete with shower and toilet.
Located on Carrer del Pi, the apartment is situated in an area full of history and charm. Just a stone´s throw away, you´ll find Carrer Portaferrissa, a street that dates back to Roman times, when it was part of Barcino, the ancient Roman city that became Barcelona. The street has seen centuries of history and played a key role in medieval trade routes. Today, is a lively blend of historical significance and modern shopping, with boutiques, craft shops, art galleries, and cafes, giving it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Our stay at AB was great. The hosts were extremely attentive when we needed to get in touch with them and we were within walking distance to Sagrada Família which was nice.

Me and my friends loved the apartment and it’s location, although small it was well suited for 5 people.

El departamento en general es cómodo, si vas en plan de recorrer la ciudad y usarlo para comer y dormir (estar poco tiempo). Bien equipada la cocina y todo funciona perfecto. muy cerca de metro que te lleva a todos lados, buena ubicación. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

L'accueil au bureau est très agréable et courtois.
Appartement lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable.
Séjour en février, l'appartement a une clim réversible donc pas de souci de chauffage.
Le métro est vraiment à côté (station CLOT). l'appartement est super calme.
Coté cuisine, il y a ce qu'il faut : four, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière (à l'italienne), machine à laver, grand frigo / congel. Nombreux rangements, fer à repasser, étendage...tout y est.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist ideal gelegen, direkt bei U-Bahnstation "Clot", aber dennoch sehr ruhig am Abend, ideal für Familien. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
