The living-diner provides you with the perfect place to relax and rewind after a busy day in and around Barcelona. There is also a dining table and kitchenthat gives you an area for you and your guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal together throughout the day.
The property has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom available.
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Poble Nou, one of the more fashionable neighbourhoods of the city and close to the Mediterranean Sea. From here you are just minutes from the beautiful beach. To go shopping and eat something, the neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants. There are also supermarkets, shops and parks around, such as the gorgeous Parc de la Ciutadella just 20 minutes away.

Siamo stati a Barcellona con la famiglia…un bellissimo soggiorno. La cosa più bella dell’appartamento è la splendida vista sulla Sagrada Familia e la posizione molto centrale. Anche i letti sono molto confortevoli con ottimi materassi e la cucina e spaziosa con molti utensili per cucinare. Nell’insieme consigliatissimo!

Všetko prebehlo v poriadku, hostiteľ nám vždy aktívne poskytoval potrebné informácie a návrhy na návštevu okolitých pamiatok. Dostať sa do ubytovania bolo veľmi jednoduché a inštrukcie boli jasné. Všetko zodpovedalo popisu. Sagrada bola skutočne veľmi veľmi blízko a výhľad bol krásny.

Il nostro soggiorno (6 persone) presso AB Apartment è stato ottimo. In particolare la posizione perfetta, molto centrale con una vista stupenda della Sagrada Familia, come nelle foto, e soprattutto ben collegata con la stazione della metro proprio sotto casa. L'accesso sia per l'edificio che per l'appartamento con l'uso dello smartphone è sicuro, veloce e intuitivo e facilità di molto la gestione delle chiavi, soprattutto se si è in gruppo. La casa era in buone condizioni quando siamo arrivati, pulita e attrezzata e l'host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza in chat. Nel complesso è stato un favoloso soggiorno.

Spacious apartment with a lovely view of the Sagrada Familia! The photos presented were not exactly the same, but the space was similar to the photos presented. The apartment is walking distance to the Sagrada and a number of restaurants and cafes, and also also situated right next to a metro station which made transportation in the city very easy. Checking-in was no problem - just make sure you take the time to follow the instructions a few days before you arrive so that you can access the digital key with no problem. It is certainly helpful to have mobile data on hand if you are going to use the digital key during your stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we made good use of it! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

AB Apartments is clean and comfortable. It’s spacious, especially when you travel with a large family. It is very well placed, there’s a super market right on the street. The view of the Sagrada is fantastic. The Checkin process was seamless

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und die Lage ist super in einer sehr schönen Gegend in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia!
Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind ein bisschen dunkel, da die Fenster zum Innenhof führen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist dagegen sehr geräumig und hell.
Positiv ist, dass man zwei Badezimmer hat und auch Seife und Duschgel bereitgestellt werden. Im Wohnzimmer und großen Schlafzimmer scheint auch die Sonne rein. Die Klimaanlage kann man an einem Thermostat in der Wohnung steuern. Man ist immer in eine gut gekühlte Wohnung gekommen.
Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet und es wurde einem einige Küchenutensilien bereitgestellt wie Spülmittel, Schwamm, Spülmaschinentab etc.
Mülltonnen sind auch direkt vor der Haustür. Da muss man nicht viel laufen. Die U Bahn Station ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Man ist somit innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Strand.

Очень даже неплохая квартира для семьи или большой компании. В квартире 3 спальных, зал, большая ванная и отдельный туалет. В кухне есть все для готовки, но мыв ей не частол пользовались, в основном для приготовления завтрака. Из квартиры открывается очень красивый вид на Саграду Фамилию. Так что для ее фанатов самое то! Не хзватало только балкона, а так все супер.
