The place is really nice, it’s just a little far from the city center. If you want to visit Parc Güell, it’s the perfect location.
It was fairly clean, and the description was pretty accurate.
One toilet leaked a little bit at the base, but hopefully they can get it fixed soon.
Overall a good experience!

Soggiorno perfetto ! La casa di David è molto efficiente e pulita gli spazi sono grandi . Per il chek in abbiamo usato l opzione della chiave digitale e ci siamo trovati benissimo con libertà di orario . Anche se la casa è in una zona un po’ lontana dal centro a piedi si raggiungono facilmente le metro che poi ti portano ovunque e comunque la casa è in zona parco guell quindi nella e tranquilla . Insomma se avete dei giorni da passare a Barcellona questo alloggio fa per voi !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement, qui était non seulement très bien équipé et assez spacieux pour 7 personnes, mais également situé dans un très bon emplacement. Un peu en dehors du centre, ce qui rendait le quartier calme. Il se trouve près du parc Güell et des bunkers, d’où nous avons pu profiter d’une magnifique vue (que nous pouvions également apercevoir depuis notre balcon). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous n’hésiterions pas à y revenir!!

The location of the apartment was great - outside the tourist center but in an interesting neighborhood, well-connected by bus to the rest of the city. The views of Barcelona from nearby Parc del Carmel were a great surprise, and Parc Güell is within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the balcony, very effective air conditioning, and the combined kitchen/dining/living room worked well for family meals. The beds were comfortable and the fold-out sofa was larger and more comfortable than is typical. The app for digital key worked well for us.

Very nice apartment. It was as described. A bit far from some tourist spots but taxis are easy to get and reasonably priced. The FREENOW app is a must have for ordering and paying for taxis. Makes it very easy. Very close to Park Guell. It's also close to the "Bunkers" which is a great spot to get an amazing and free view of the city both in the day and night.

I had a wonderfull stay at this apartment in Barcelona! Though it's a bit far away from the centre, there is a 5-10 min walk to the metro which takes you through the whole city.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering any kind of information I requested in a short period of time.I especially loved the living room view to the city — it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the attractions. There are were 6 of us and we had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to public transportation and famous places which made it very convenient to explore the area. Γενικά ήταν ένας πολύ καλά διακοσμημένος χώρος, υπήρχαν κάποιες συσκευασίες με λάδι, τσάι, προϊόντα καθαρισμού που έκαναν τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο εύκολη. Υπήρχε πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, ηλεκτρική σκούπα, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, όλα τα βασικά που θα βρείτε σε ένα κανονικό σπίτι και ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή, αν και δεν είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, η συγκοινωνία είναι πολύ καλή, οπότε η πρόσβαση από και προς το Airbnb ήταν αρκετά εύκολη. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

The location is nice and the place is like is describe in Airbnb. It was also clean and had the cleaning utensils and products necessary. You also put enough toilet paper with is also nice

- Location is nice, a few minutes away on foot you have a Bus Station, V19 goes to La Barceloneta, the Bus 24 to Plaza Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Within a walking distance is the subway L5 (Sagrada Familia and Campo Nou). Although from the L5 to the building you have to walk up the hill (not an easy thing for the elderly). You also have the Park Güell next to the building.
- The place is clean and it looks like in the pictures.

Gorgeous sunsets from the hill next door and also super close to the park Guell.
The host is a professional outfit, they were super helpful and responsive throughout.

Апартаменты расположены рядом с парком Гюэль. С 4 этажа открывается потрясающий вид на горы и город. Недалеко автобусная остановка, с которой можно легко попасть в центр города. Относительно недалеко метро, но нужно иметь сильные ноги, так как весь город на горах. При заселении было очень чисто. Туалетной бумаги достаточно, мыло и Шампунь есть и его хватает для 6 человек, на 6 дней. Посуда и приборы есть в достаточном количестве. Очень отзывчивая служба поддержки, предлагала привезти нам ключи вплоть до 23 :00 часов.

Все очень понравилось! Квартира вместительная, светлая с прекрасным панорамным видом. Наличие шампуней и гелей. А так же приятно удивило наличие в отдельном пакетике мочалки, губки тряпочки, моющих средств для посуды и белья! Все что нужно для комфортного проживаяния!)

L’appartement est bien aménagé, joli, propre et climatisé. Il était parfait pour 5 personnes. Nous avons apprécié le petit balcon aussi.
il est vrai que l’emplacement de l’appartement est décentré, mais il est situé dans un quartier calme ce qui est appréciable. Il y a des petits resto et supermarchés à proximité donc cela nous a convenu ! Je vous recommande cet appartement, de plus, Eva et Jacques répondent rapidement ! ;)
