Dit driekamerappartement bevindt zich in de Eixample en biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 personen. Met WiFi en airconditioning biedt het alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk uitje naar Barcelona....
De woonkamer geniet van veel natuurlijk licht sterk en heeft een elegant design. Het heeft een tafel met stoelen om te dineren, evenals een bank en een tv om te ontspannen na een dag de stad te hebben verkend. Het appartement heeft ook een uitzonderlijk uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia die u kunt bewonderen.
Wat betreft het koken in het appartement, er is een goed uitgeruste keuken met waar u heerlijke maaltijden kunt bereiden voor u en uw gasten. U vindt er een broodrooster en een waterkoker, evenals een oven en magnetron.
Er zijn 3 kamers in totaal en elke kamer wordt geleverd met bedlinnen en handdoeken. Ze hebben veel natuurlijk licht, zijn ruim en hebben opbergruimte. Daarnaast zijn er 2 badkamers, volledig uitgerust met douche.
Gelegen in de Eixample biedt een geweldige locatie voor uw verblijf in Barcelona, dicht bij alle leuke attracties. Voor sightseeing bent u slechts 2 minuten lopen van de oude arena van La Monumental en slechts 8 minuten lopen van de Heilige Familie. Om te winkelen bent u slechts 11 minuten lopen van het Glòries Shopping Center en slechts 8 minuten met de metro van de iconische Passeig de Gracia. Eixample is Catalaans voor 'uitbreiding', wat betekent dat een uitbreiding van het oude stad. Het is een van de meest populaire wijken in de Catalaanse hoofdstad. Eixample is ontworpen door de Catalaanse geboren architect, Ildefons Cerdà, die het verkeer en zonlicht meenam (naast vele andere dingen) bij het opstellen van plannen voor het nieuwe gebied....
Eixample wordt nu gekenmerkt door zijn achthoekige blokken en zijn grid-achtige patroon, met brede straten en zowel commerciële als residentiële gebieden. We had a very good stay at the place.
Might have been the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in and I really liked the welcome bag with goodies (salt/pebber/oil) when arrived.
Also huge plus to actually stay a place where they leave you enough toiletpaper, dishwashing tabs etc for your full stay.
Would recommend the place to others.

Really brilliant apartment. Everything we needed. Balcony has a great view of the Sagrada and is walkable to most places in the city. The app for the key card worked great for me and meant no risk of losing the key/ need to collect one. It was a bit temperamental with other peoples phones but AB are very responsive and will give you a key if prefer.

Найкрутіше в квартирі - вид з вікон! Ми приїхали ввечері і офігіли від вигляду з 11 поверху.
Зручне розташування: метро в 1 хвилині, пішки можна до центру, поруч супермаркети, Саграда 7 хвилин.
Сама квартира без якихось виняткових принад, чиста, охайна, були соковитискач і блендер - для нас прям скарб, бо робили фреші з іспанських соковитих апельсинів і різні смузі. Ну і посудомийка із пралкою теж були дуже корисні.
Цифровий ключ - це виключно зручно! Не переплачували за заїзд після 20:00. А ще заплатили через додаток туристичний збір, теж зручно.

O unico ponto que gostaria de resaltar , é que não havia cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro conjugadas . Tivemos a infelicidade do elevador ficar sem funcionamento por 2 vezes, em um curto período de tempo , justamente quando quando voltamos para o apartamento depois de um longo dia de caminhada. Mas foi resolvido rápido. E também a infelicidade do vizinho ao lado com as crianças que começavam a gritar muito alto apos as 22h até meia noite , durante 2 noites. Localização espetacular , vista privilegiada.

Appartement au dernier étage d’un grand immeuble, disposant d’une petite terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la fameuse Sagrada Familia.
Les deux chambres ne sont pas trop petites, très lumineuses (orientées plein sud) avec aussi une vue dégagée sur la cathédrale de Gaudi.
La cuisine/salle de séjour est assez grande pour quatre personnes. Canapé agréable.
La salle de bain est propre. Le coin douche est spacieux.
Equipments fournis complet.
Globalement une bonne location et un choix de qualité pour quatre personnes.

The apartment is simple, but comfortable, nicely stocked with starters of soaps, olive oil, etc., nicely equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, has a spacious bathroom, operable windows + 3 great AC units, and has spectacular views of La Sagrada Familia from both bedrooms and the balcony off the living room. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
AB Apartments appears to be a relatively large host organization with a very technologically advanced, app-based, operating platform. Customer service was amazingly helpful (we arrived BCN at 1:00 AM without local SIM cards) and immediately responsive - way above and beyond in our experience. The app-based and/or physical key option was nice. 5-Stars for customer service!

This was a great apartment for our stay in Barcelona.
The host was fantastic and highly communicative. The apartment complex is incredibly safe and secure, with the very convenient option of digital cards as well as physical cards.
We enjoyed the close proximity of the flat to Monumental station as well as the walkable distance to Sagrada Familia - literally 7-8 minutes.
The flat was pristine, with a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen/living space and two great bedrooms.

Potentially a 5/5 place. The apartment is as advertised. We were up on the top floor (9th) with good views of the Sagrada from a distance. The mobile entry app was easy enough to use. Transport links were very good, Monumental station is just outside!

L'appartement au dernier étage est idéalement situé, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la Sagrada Familia!
L'appartement possède tout le confort nécessaire, seul le réfrigérateur vieillissant marche mal, et la chasse d'eau fuit par moment.
La communication avec les hôtes est top! et le système sans clé est parfait.
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Barcelone.

The apartment has spectacular view from the windows and balcony to Sagrada Familia. Great location. The apartment was clean with towels for each guests. When we came the apartment was cold but you can put the heat on. Overall we would recommend this place.
Eva&Jack recommended the stasher app for storing the luggage after check out, we recommend to do that as well, it costs 5€ for one luggage.
Thank you, we had amazing time in Barcelona.
