Dit appartement met drie slaapkamers bevindt zich in de wijk Eixample en heeft ruimte voor maximaal 6 personen. Met Wi-Fi en airconditioning en een fantastisch uitzicht op Barcelona biedt het alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijk uitje in Barcelona....
De woonkamer strong> heeft veel natuurlijk licht en heeft een strak, modern design. U heeft de bank en televisie om te gebruiken om te ontspannen na een dag de stad te hebben verkend. Vanaf hier heeft u ook een uitzonderlijk uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia.
Wat betreft het koken in het appartement, u heeft de volledig uitgeruste keuken voor jou en uw gasten te gebruiken. Hier vindt u een broodrooster, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat, evenals een oven en magnetron om samen met uw gasten een diner te bereiden. In deze ruimte vindt u ook de eettafel & stoelen om te gebruiken voor de maaltijden.
De slaapkamers hebben 6 éénpersoonsbedden helemaal en worden geleverd met beddengoed en handdoeken. Ze hebben veel natuurlijke lichtinval en zijn ruim, met veel opbergruimte. Daarnaast is er een badkamer met douche en een extra badkamer met toilet.
Gevestigd in Eixample biedt een geweldige locatie voor uw verblijf in Barcelona, dicht bij de beste bezienswaardigheden. Voor wat sightseeing bent u slechts 2 minuten lopen van de oude arena van La Monumental en slechts 8 minuten lopen van de Sagrada Família. Om te winkelen, bent u slechts 11 minuten lopen van het Glòries Shopping Centre en slechts 8 minuten met de metro van de iconische Passeig de Gracia. Vanaf hier heeft u toegang tot het Plaça Catalunya en alle fantastische restaurants en bars in de omgeving.

Eixample is Catalaans voor 'uitbreiding', wat betekent dat een uitbreiding van het oude stad. Het is een van de meest populaire wijken in de Catalaanse hoofdstad. Eixample is ontworpen door de Catalaanse geboren architect, Ildefons Cerdà, die het verkeer en zonlicht meenam (naast vele andere dingen) bij het opstellen van plannen voor het nieuwe gebied....
Eixample wordt nu gekenmerkt door zijn achthoekige blokken en zijn grid-achtige patroon, met brede straten en zowel commerciële als residentiële gebieden. Het is opgesplitst in twee delen, Eixample Esquerra (links, of in het Spaans, Izquierdo) en Eixample Dret (Rechts, of in het Spaans, Derecho), en is de thuisbasis van een van de beroemdste straten van Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, bekend om haar high fashion winkels en trendy restaurants.
De straat wordt doorsneden door de lange Avinguda Diagonal, die door de hele stad loopt..

The Apartment is perfectly located to explore the city. the appartement was clean and has everything you need for a few days. there are some supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Todo perfecto. La comunicación con Eva&J fue perfecta, muy clara, puntual y siempre al pendiente. El acceso y checkout muy sencillo con la llave electrónico. El apartamento moderno y sin problema puede estar 5/6 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia y se ubica en una zona agradable a sólo 2 cuadras de la Sagrada Familia. sin duda recomiendo para voler
