Dit moderne appartement met een 30 m² privéterras ligt direct naast de Park Güell, een van de beroemdste attracties van Barcelona. Deze wijk is een rustigere optie dan het stadscentrum, maar biedt toch de mogelijkheid om snel en gemakkelijk bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen. In de buurt vind je veel uitstekende restaurants om uit eten te gaan, evenals cafés, winkels en supermarkten. Het gebied is goed verbonden met de rest van de stad via openbaar vervoer....
Dit elegante appartement heeft 1 slaapkamer. De woning is volledig gemeubileerd en beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle kookgerei en apparaten die je nodig hebt om je favoriete maaltijden te bereiden of zelfs enkele gerechten met mediterrane inspiratie uit te proberen. De gezellige woonkamer heeft directe toegang tot het terras, waar je in de zon kunt ontspannen of buiten kunt eten.
Er zijn ook veel voorzieningen in dit appartement, zoals een tv, zodat je kunt ontspannen na een lange dag in de stad. Het appartement heeft een tweede tv in de slaapkamer. Er is ook internetverbinding, zodat je gemakkelijk contact kunt houden met familie en vrienden thuis. Het appartement beschikt over een parkeerplaats (voertuiginformatie is vereist om de toegang te regelen). Houd er rekening mee dat de ingang van de garage vrij smal is, zodat alleen voertuigen met de volgende afmetingen zijn toegestaan: 4,50 m x 2,02 m x 2,00 m.

Horta-Guinardó is gelegen in het noordoosten van Barcelona en is een van de grootste wijken in de stad. Het gebied is beduidend rustiger dan de bruisende trekpleisters van het centrum van de stad, maar het is makkelijk om alle bezienswaardigheden in Barcelona met de bus of metro te bereiken vanuit deze hoek van de Catalaanse hoofdstad....
Het gebied is bekend om haar steile heuvels. Horta-Guinardó ligt op de Collserola bergketen. U vindt er ook het mooie Parc del Laberint d'Horta in deze wijk, dat is de oudste tuin van Barcelona, met een labyrint bestaat uit 750 cipressen.

Es liegt sehr zentral, nahe der Uni, nette Restaurants und direkter U-Bahn-Anschluss in 5Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller se perdre dans les rues d'El raval, il y a aussi beaucoup de resto de qualité aux alentours. L'appartement est très mignon et la literie est vraiment confortable.
L'équipe de AB Apartment est très disponible pour faciliter l'arrivée (1h du matin et quand même quelqu'un pour nous répondre au téléphone et nous attendre !)

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's spacious, perfect for a couple or three guests (one on the sofa bed). It stays cool during the day and has great kitchen facilities, and the location is perfect (easily accessible by metro and in great walking distance from lots of central locations). The check-in and out process was also extremely easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Der Check-In hat wunderbar geklappt. José war nicht da, aber sein Freund Jesus hat den Check-In gemacht. Er hat uns alles gut erklärt und war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man fast alles zu Fuss machen kann. Wenn wir wiederkommen buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment.

Perfectly located apartment that is comfortable and very well equipped for a "home from home". Everything is provided to be self sufficient. Only 10 minute stroll to playa catalunya and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around though it is a quiet location of a main road. I would highly recommend and would stay there again when I return to Barcelona.

The apartment was just as advertised- very comfortable and a great location. Jose our host was fantastic very accessable and flexible- we ended up checking in 8 hrs later than originally planned due to transport problems. We kept in contact with him during the day informing him of our whereabouts he couldnt have been nicer! The apartment was fitted out with heaps of extras that we werent expecting. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great apartment. Fantastic location! All the sights are within walking distance...10 to 15 minutes to Espanya or P Catalanya. Good restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. Very comfortable place and the owner is quick to respond and check in and check out was easy. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in this vibrant city.

The apartment is slightly odd in layout especially the double entrance, yet perfectly fine for a holiday let. The painted ceilings are wonderful and kitchen is well equipped even with a washing machine. Local amenities such as supermarket, early evening bar downstairs, bread shop, charcuterie, amazing patisserie shop and a decent spanish restaurant with 11 Euro mon-fri lunch menu inc beverage ! The location is the best part, very central and close to Metro. Both owner and manager are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The bed and sofa could both be better quality and the aircon is not fully plumbed in, so has a bucket which needs to be emptied out every day or so. Adding those finishing touches would make the whole place step up a level.

A very nice and comfortable apartment in a strategic position: 3 minutes walking from metro Universitat and 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya...Pratically in the core of Barcelona downtown!

Barcelona is a great city i adore it, our host Jose was adorable, extremely helpful, cheerful and very kind to us, the apartment was clean, well situated in a very calm neighborhood and near to every where, not even 10 min walk to placa catalyuna and the famous La Rambla, well connected by all means of transportation metero, bus even the airport bus
