Dit prachtige appartement is gelegen in de mooie wijk van Eixample. Hier vindt u tal van leuke bars en cafés, evenals een aantal top-notch restaurants. De spectaculaire Sagrada Familia kerk ligt op slechts een paar straten lopen, en je kunt andere delen van de stad, dankzij gemakkelijk om een metrostation ligt net buiten het gebouw. Verder is het appartement gelegen nabij het winkelcentrum Glòries, en de beroemde Passeig de Gràcia winkelstraat ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen. ...
Het appartement heeft een stijlvolle inrichting, met moderne inrichting en meubilair. Er zijn zes enkele bedden verdeeld over de drie slaapkamers, waardoor een totaal van zes personen om comfortabel te slapen in het appartement. La zona del Parco Güell è relativamente vicina alla Sagrada Familia e al centro città. Ci siamo spostati principalmente a piedi, cosa che ci è piaciuta.
Confermiamo la posizione elevata, menzionata da altri, che rende difficile il ritorno a piedi (la passeggiata per il centro città è lunga e in discesa), ma i trasporti pubblici sono eccellenti. Anche l'autobus offre una vista sulla città.
La terrazza è splendida e l'appartamento è completamente attrezzato. L'accesso è tramite un'app scaricabile, ma per noi non è stato un problema.
Tenete presente le complesse normative antinquinamento in vigore in tutta la Spagna. Nel nostro caso, il Comune di Barcellona ha autorizzato l'auto, in base ai dati di targa, quasi immediatamente via e-mail.

Eixample is Catalaans voor 'uitbreiding', wat betekent dat een uitbreiding van het oude stad. Het is een van de meest populaire wijken in de Catalaanse hoofdstad. Eixample is ontworpen door de Catalaanse geboren architect, Ildefons Cerdà, die het verkeer en zonlicht meenam (naast vele andere dingen) bij het opstellen van plannen voor het nieuwe gebied....
Eixample wordt nu gekenmerkt door zijn achthoekige blokken en zijn grid-achtige patroon, met brede straten en zowel commerciële als residentiële gebieden. Het is opgesplitst in twee delen, Eixample Esquerra (links, of in het Spaans, Izquierdo) en Eixample Dret (Rechts, of in het Spaans, Derecho), en is de thuisbasis van een van de beroemdste straten van Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, bekend om haar high fashion winkels en trendy restaurants.
De straat wordt doorsneden door de lange Avinguda Diagonal, die door de hele stad loopt..

Great stay, not too far from the train station and the parking inside the building was a lifesaver. Comfortable space and the key being on the phone was super convenient, you don’t need a physical key which helped not having to keep track of those little things. Our favorite restaurants were in the city but we took our car or the train anyways. Great stay, I recommend.

Il n'est pas très proche des attractions touristiques mais est facilement accessible (deux lignes de bus fréquentes pour le centre-ville à deux pas), dans un quartier populaire qui permet de découvrir Barcelone d'une manière un peu différente. Le parking disponible est très utile, mais une petite voiture est nécessaire. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec le propriétaire et la communication a été facile et rapide.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations! It had everything we needed, and even a dishwasher, complete with tablets. The fully equipped kitchenware set was a huge plus, and we absolutely loved the thoughtful addition of two starter kits: one with essentials for cooking, which allowed us to enjoy breakfast in the apartment most mornings with a breathtaking sunrise view over Barcelona, and another with household items like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, and towels—just perfect. We didn’t have to buy anything extra, which was such a relief.
The location was incredibly convenient: just a 2-minute walk to bus stops with direct routes to all the key spots in the city. The metro was also nearby, though it’s definitely better walking to it rather than from it—those hills can be challenging if you’re not used to them, but that’s Barcelona charm for you!
The bed and blankets were super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We had uninterrupted, restful nights, and it was pure bliss.
Overall, we had an amazing experience, only positive emotions—thank you for being fantastic hosts!

I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic Airbnb that offered everything I could have wished for! The huge balcony was the absolute highlight of my stay. In the mornings, I enjoyed the breathtaking view with a cup of coffee in hand. The scenery was simply spectacular and made my stay unforgettable.
The location of the accommodation was also excellent. The bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, which made it incredibly easy to explore the area. I could easily hop on a bus to the city and visit the main attractions without having to worry about parking.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, so there was nothing missing.
Overall, I can highly recommend this Airbnb! If you're looking for a place that offers both relaxation and good access to the city, this is the perfect spot. I would definitely come back!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, außerdem war sie sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gab eine kleine Reinigungsgrundausstattung, Spülmaschinentabs jedoch muss man schnell nachkaufen, auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft ist aber ein Asialaden, der wirklich alles hat. Die Wohnung selbst liegt zwar etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, ist jedoch äußerst gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden - und die Dachterrasse bietet nach dem Trubel in der Stadt einen erholsamen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Es gab ein paar Bars, die auch Tapas anboten, außerdem einen größeren und mehrere kleiner Supermärkte, einen Gemüsehändler und eine Bäckerei in Laufweite. Wir haben die Woche wirklich sehr genossen und auch das etwas einfachere Viertel sehr zu schätzen gewusst.

The apartment is very nice and clean, especially the balcony is very spacious with nice view. There is everything you need in the apartment ( washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc...). Communication was very good and prompt.

非常满意的入住体验！全程自助，只需要手机下载app注册就可以按照自己的行程安排，不用担心打扰房东。房子就跟图片一样，像是酒店式公寓，厨房和卧室配套都很齐全。最大的亮点应该是就是大露台，配合上巴塞罗那的阳光，简直就是极致的享受。晚上露台的夜景也很美。地理位置是在奎尔公园附近，离开市区约是半小时的公交车程。所在区域是依山势而建，所以稍微周围坡道不少。

Eva & Jack + the AB team were fantastic hosts! Their top floor property had amazing views and we were really happy with the flat itself.
The apartment is very spacious, the photos portray the property very accurately, and the AB team provide a lovely touch of a welcome pack for the kitchen and bathroom if you didn't bring your own toiletries. Very comfortable after a day out of exploring!
The terrace is super huge, with a lovely view and seating if you'd like to relax or eat outside. The location is super close to one of the Park Guell entrances, and is not too far from city centre with the V19 and 24 bus services.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the AB team were super helpful when we needed assistance with our virtual keycard.

Good location, stunning view, public transport, grocery stores, bakery, cafes and nice parks are all nearby. A bit far from the main attractions but we loved it right because of that!

Super hébergement, les hôtes sont très disponibles pour toutes questions et éventuellement problèmes. Des produits de premières nécessités sont mis à notre disposition. L’appartement et très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Everything was great. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Really impressed by the booking procedure, website and check-in as well as the welcome packs in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the Barcelona Connect magazine, very useful! Will definitely use AB again and recommend. Thanks!

Esta ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo. Las vistas son estupendas. Muy bien comunicado por bus y metro. El que tuviera plaza de garaje es importante pues el barrio no tiene parking..
