Dit lichte 2-slaapkamer appartement, gelegen in de wijk Eixample, in een nieuw gebouw uit 2021, biedt alle voorzieningen voor uw verblijf, inclusief conciërgeservice, airconditioning en Wi-Fi verbinding....
De woon- en eetkamer bevat een bank en televisie en ontvangt veel natuurlijk licht, met toegang tot een privébalkon, perfect om te genieten van de sfeer van de stad terwijl u ´s ochtends een koffie drinkt.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust, met een Nespresso koffiemachine, magnetron, oven, broodrooster en andere essentiële kookgerei voor thuis koken. Er is ook een wasmachine voor extra gemak. Het appartement heeft een synthese parketvloer in alle kamers.
Het appartement beschikt over twee slaapkamers, beide met ruime opbergruimte voor uw spullen. Er is ook een volledig badkamers met een douche en WC.

Eixample is Catalaans voor 'uitbreiding', wat uitbreiding betekent, van de oude stad Barcelona. Eixample is ontworpen door de Catalaanse geboren stedenbouw visionair, Ildefons Cerdà, die het verkeer en zonlicht (naast vele andere dingen) in gedachte hield, bij het maken van de plannen voor deze nieuwe wijk....
Eixample wordt nu gekenmerkt door zijn achthoekige blokken en zijn grid-achtige patroon, met brede straten en zowel commerciële als residentiële gebieden. This airbnb was amazing and the hosts were so sweet! Everything was so clean and as described. The location is perfect and close to the metro and I felt very safe walking to and from as a girl. Unser Aufenthalt in Barcelona war mit dieser Unterkunft nahezu perfekt. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst in eine andere Unterkunft verlegt, da sich in der ursprünglichen Wohnung ein Wasserschaden ereignet hat, aber das war durch die Kommunikation auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Da wir in der neuen Wohnung anstatt zwei Doppelbetten zwei Einzelzimmer bekommen haben, wurde uns finanziell entgegenkommen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und zügig. Die Wohnung war sauber und zentral gelegen. Die Betten war allerdings etwas hart und das Doppelbett waren zwei Einzelbetten, die leider immer auseinandergerutscht sind. Zwischenzeitlich ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, weshalb es in der Nacht sehr kalt wurde, aber auch hier wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder bei AB Apartments buchen. ☺️

The apartment has a great location in the beautiful and very lively part of the city. There is a lot of nice restaurants, caffès and bars located in the surrounding. Upon arrival we had a problem with the digital keys, but the call service was kind and helpful and they sent us the physical keys. The apartment was clean and cosy, with small balcony and beautiful view. In the bathroom we had a problem with strong smells coming from the common atrium. Apart from that great experience!

Our stay in this apartment was great- the place is exactly as described. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance. We had a few issues with the electrics but this was resolved fairly quickly with the responsive services available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Ist perfekt für eine vierer Gruppe. Man hat jegliches an Ausstattung und in der Umgebung gibt es auch viele tolle Restaurants.
Die Unterkunft ist nur zum Weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeber war auch sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we need. Check in was smooth and done online and with the help of AB people. The virtual key was also a good flexible option, so to save time from picking up the keys. We didn’t have big luggages but mindful for people who has, the apartment is on the 4th level (technically 6th), and there’s a small old lift that can only fit a couple of people at a time. The main bedroom is pristine and spacious enough and was surprisingly peaceful at night despite being next to the street. Overall, it was excellent and we loved the neighbourhood of Sant Antoni where the apartment is.

All in all a good place to stay. Kitchen is equipped accordingly and the couch-area has barely space for four people - but it was okay, since you don’t spend too much time in the flat anyway when you visit a town like Barcelona. Internet was good enough for some remote work, location is nice and well connected.

The apartment match the price. It's near by amazing restaurants, many supermarkets and 20 min away from the begging of the centre by foot. The contract with the host was very easy. If you choose to get digital key, just follow the instructions, it's not that hard :) The apartment was super clean, the sheets smelled like flowers and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Barcelona in der Wohnung verbracht. Eine schöne schlichte Einrichtung, sofort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet was super ist, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Der Balkon ist schlicht, aber dort konnten meine Frau und ich abends den tag sacken lassen.. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
