Dit twee-slaapkamer appartement in de residentiële wijk Gràcia biedt gratis WiFi, airconditioning in de woonkamer en centrale verwarming voor een comfortabel verblijf in de stad.

De woonkamer is ruim en heeft een bank en TV. De belangrijkste attractie van deze open eetkamer is het feit dat het balkon veel natuurlijk licht in de flat verwelkomt.
De keuken heeft een goede afmeting en is volledig uitgerust, waardoor het een geweldige ruimte is om te koken en te socializen. De mooie wijk Gràcia is te vinden op de top van Passeig de Gràcia, aan de overkant van de Avinguda Diagonal Street. Het is een van de meest charismatische 'barrios' in Barcelona en een kenmerkende Catalaanse wijk die een klein stads sfeertje geeft. Dit komt doordat Gràcia tot het einde van de 19e eeuw onafhankelijk was van Barcelona....
Dwalend door de kleine straatjes van deze gezellige omgeving vindt u een overvloed aan gezellige restaurants, waar heerlijke internationale gerechten zijn te vinden. Gràcia is ook de thuisbasis van een verzameling van lokaal eigendom van designer boetiekjes, evenals een bioscoop met film in het Engels met ondertiteling.

l'appart est tres bien équipé comme decrit. Un lit et une chaise pour bébé nous ont été fourni. l appart est en lui même fidèle à la dzscription et bien placé . la clé intelligente fonctionne bien et elle est tres utile pour les check in sans contrainte.

My group of 4 enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. The location is perfect for getting around the city since there is a transit line right in front of the apartment!
The air conditioning unit was unclear how to work at times and kept adjusting its temperature, but AB was very responsive with helping us.
Also - major shoutout to Gigi’s Avon Tapas! They were great and very convenient for a quick bite or drink break during our stay. Definitely swing by when you book this place!

Great location! Walking distance to the Sagrada familia and literally over the entrance to the subway. The only problem as other guests have mentioned before is the check in with digital keys. The main bedroom is a little noisy but they provided ear plugs. The other 2 rooms have windows giving to an interior space between apartments that one could not leave them open. This is important for people who can’t stay in closed spaces. For us it was okay. There was a washing machine.

Great location! It’s right next to a wonderful tapas restaurant, and lots of cafes are nearby. La Sagrada Família is a short walk away. The host communicated quickly and helped with all my questions. It was an enjoyable stay and just what we needed!

It was an amazing experience! The location is brilliant! 5 min walking to Sagrada Familia that you can see a bit from the balcony. 5 min ride by metro to ramble. Metro station is literally In front of an exit door. The apartment is clean. Beds are comfortable. We were welcomed with toilets and a small package of washing powder and soap for dishes, that was very helpful. Communication is fast and helpful, we had some misunderstood but it was solved very fast, I'm very grateful for that. This is a very good option for a week vacation in Barcelona. It will be our primary choice for the next trip.

Increíble lugar, muy central para ir a muchos lugares caminando y si se requiere metro lo tienes en frente. En la zona encuentras farmacias, panaderías, tiendas, supermercado, todo. El apartamento limpio, amplio, muy bien equipado. ¡Bonitos recuerdos!
